Product Description
The Behringer Zentara Overdrive might take its name from a mythical beast, but there's nothing imaginary about the glorious tones it offers. Inspired by one of the most sought-after transparent overdrive pedals ever made, it's designed to push your amp without masking the character of your guitar.
It delivers everything from a subtle boost that enhances your tone to rich, touch-sensitive drive that's perfect for cutting leads. And now, you can put this iconic circuit on your board without breaking the bank!
Legendary transparent tone
At the heart of the Zentara is a clever dual-gain control that lets you fine-tune exactly how much overdrive you're blending into your signal. Keep things clean and articulate, add a touch of grit, or wind it up for a more saturated sound. However you set it, the pedal stays remarkably transparent, letting your core tone shine through.
Plays nice with your picking
One of the things players love most about this style of overdrive is its responsiveness. The Zentara reacts naturally to your touch, cleaning up when you play softly and pushing harder when you dig in. That means you can control a surprising amount of gain and dynamics straight from your picking hand, making your amp feel more alive and interactive.
More than a one-trick pony
Whether you're after a transparent clean boost, a low-gain always-on tone sweetener or a thicker, ballsy overdriven sound for bigger riffs and solos, the Zentara has you covered. It's the sort of pedal that you'll wonder how you ever did without, helping you unlock classic drive sounds while leaving plenty of room to find your own voice.
