Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Duet 3 features 2 inputs and 4 outputs of the famed Apogee AD/DA converters, plus two world-class pre-amps. Connect guitars, synths, microphones and line level devices to capture every detail. You’ll also be able to monitor your recordings via speakers powered through 2 truly-balanced, line-level analog outputs. If you want an even more precise mix, the zero-ohm headphone output will allow you to get a dedicated headphone mix.

A crucial factor for an exceptional recording are preamps. Apogee Duet puts into service 2 world-class preamps with up to 60dB of gain and 48v phantom power. You can cleanly and precisely record any sound with the most demanding microphones. Don’t be afraid to crank up the gain, Apogee technology keeps noise and distortion down.
Plug-in to Onboard DSP
Don’t let your performance be spoiled by latency. The onboard hardware DSP interacts with the Symphony ESC Channel Strip (sold separately) to process effects in real time and give an instant tone and shape to your sound, avoiding any unwanted delay.
The Symphony ECS Channel Strip, tuned by legendary mixer Bob Clearmountain, includes a vintage-modelled 3-band EQ, Compression and Saturation controls that let you create the optimal blend of channel FX for tracking vocals or acoustic instruments. Dial in professional presets to adjust your mix in no time.
Next-Generation Control
Get the most out of your Duet 3 with the all-new Apogee Control 2 software. You’ll get total control of all Duet functions and features, including in the Symphony ECS channel strip running on the hardware DSP. Control 2 also ensures that Apogee support and engineering reacts to any future update of your MacOS and Windows system.

The Duet multi-function digital knob has a sleek look for dialing in monitor levels and mic pre-gain control that will light up purple backlit LEDs on the desktop interface. Duet Dock
Duet represents the ultimate standard for on the go recording situations, with its small footprint and flexible breakout cable. Nevertheless, when you’re in the studio the Duet Dock will truly enhance all the power of your Duet 3. The Dock positions Duet at the ideal angle for quick adjustments and meter and function visibility. The rear panel connectors on Duet Dock make it easier to organise and connect your cables to Duet too.
