Product Description
The Ibanez VC50NJP-OPN is a full-size dreadnought acoustic guitar with a natural open pore finish, designed to make starting your musical journey as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. With a clear-sounding spruce top, warm meranti body and an easy-playing neck, it delivers a balanced, musical tone that suits everything from first chords to relaxed jams with friends.
Whether you are learning at home, accompanying your singing or joining in at an acoustic get-together, this guitar is built to help you focus on playing rather than fighting the instrument. Reliable Ibanez hardware keeps things stable, while the comfortable neck and smooth Nandu wood fretboard make chord changes feel more natural, encouraging longer, more productive practice sessions.
Comfortable Dreadnought Design
The classic dreadnought body shape gives you a familiar feel and a strong, resonant acoustic sound. Carefully proportioned dimensions provide plenty of volume and low-end depth without feeling oversized, making the VC50NJP-OPN a great fit for a wide range of players and playing positions.
Balanced Spruce and Meranti Tone
A spruce top delivers clarity and definition so your chords and melodies ring out cleanly, while meranti back and sides add warmth and roundness. This combination creates a balanced voice that works well for both gentle fingerpicking and energetic strumming, ideal for learning different styles.
Easy-Playing Neck and Fretboard
The slim meranti neck and smooth Nandu wood fretboard are designed with comfort in mind. A 650 mm scale length, 250 mm radius and 20-fret layout give a natural feel under the fingers, helping beginners form chords more easily and making it simpler to build strength and technique over time.
Natural Open Pore Finish
The open pore natural finish lets the texture of the wood come through, giving the guitar a relaxed, organic look. It also helps the body resonate freely, contributing to a lively, responsive acoustic tone that feels connected to your playing dynamics.
Features
- Full-Size Dreadnought Body - The classic dreadnought shape provides a strong, projecting acoustic sound with plenty of low-end depth and volume, ideal for strumming along to your favourite songs or accompanying singers without feeling underpowered.
- Spruce Top with Meranti Back and Sides - A spruce top adds brightness and clarity so each note cuts through, while the meranti body keeps the overall tone warm and musical, giving you a versatile sound that flatters both chords and single-note lines.
- Comfortable Meranti Neck with Nandu Wood Fretboard - The slim meranti neck and smooth Nandu wood fretboard make chord changes easier and help reduce hand fatigue, which is especially helpful for beginners building up finger strength and coordination.
- Natural Open Pore Finish - The open pore natural finish showcases the grain of the wood and allows the body to resonate freely, adding a lively, responsive feel that connects you more directly to the sound of the instrument.
