Where This System Excels
Designed for bands and musicians who need a serious step up from a rehearsal PA, this Yamaha bundle delivers the power, clarity and flexibility required for smaller venues and live performances. Pairing two Yamaha DBR12 active loudspeakers with two DXS15 Mk3 powered subwoofers, the system provides a balanced full-range sound with detailed vocals, defined instruments and powerful low-frequency impact.
The DBR12 loudspeakers deliver Yamaha's renowned clarity and reliability, ensuring vocals, guitars, keyboards and other instruments cut through clearly during live performances. Adding the DXS15 Mk3 subwoofers transforms the system by extending the low end, improving overall headroom and allowing the main speakers to focus on delivering a cleaner, more detailed mix.

Yamaha DBR12 Active Loudspeakers
The Yamaha DBR12 is a powerful and versatile active loudspeaker designed for musicians, performers and venues requiring dependable professional sound. Featuring Yamaha's advanced DSP processing and efficient Class D amplification, it delivers impressive output while maintaining the clarity needed for vocals and instruments.
The 12-inch design provides an excellent balance between portability and performance, making it ideal for live bands who need a speaker that can handle everything from vocals and guitars to keyboards and playback sources.
Clear Vocals & Detailed Instrument Reproduction
With Yamaha's carefully engineered transducers and professional tuning, the DBR12 delivers accurate, balanced sound across the frequency range. This helps vocals remain intelligible while ensuring instruments retain their natural character during live performances.
Flexible For Live Performance
The DBR12's versatile enclosure design allows it to be used as either a main PA speaker or a stage monitor, giving musicians greater flexibility when adapting their setup for different venues and performance environments.
Yamaha DXS15 Mk3 Powered Subwoofers
The Yamaha DXS15 Mk3 subwoofers add the deep, controlled low-frequency performance needed to transform the DBR12 speakers into a complete full-range PA system. By handling the lowest frequencies separately, they provide greater impact for kick drums, bass guitars and backing tracks while improving overall system balance.
For live bands, the addition of dedicated subwoofers creates a fuller and more immersive sound that audiences can feel as well as hear, while giving the main speakers more room to deliver clear vocals and instruments.
Powerful Low End With Improved Headroom
The DXS15 Mk3 doesn't just add more bass. By taking care of the demanding low-frequency content, it allows the DBR12 speakers to operate more efficiently, resulting in a louder, cleaner and more controlled overall mix.
Built For Gigging Musicians
Designed for regular professional use, the DXS15 Mk3 combines powerful performance with Yamaha's renowned reliability. Whether you're playing pubs, clubs or community venues, it provides the low-end authority needed to make every performance feel bigger.
