Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Using the same plywood construction as Yamaha’s high end CZR Series, the CHR12 keeps cabinet vibration to a minimum so more of what you hear is tight, focused audio rather than box resonance. With flexible mounting options, a rotatable horn and dedicated DSP presets available in compatible Yamaha amplifiers and processors, it is easy to integrate into everything from portable rigs to permanent installations.
Clear, Controlled Sound
The CHR12 is a 2 way design with a 12 inch woofer and 1.4 inch HF driver, carefully selected and customised to work together seamlessly. This gives you articulate mids, smooth highs and impressive low frequency response from a compact box, helping vocals, instruments and playback tracks cut through cleanly in a wide range of applications.
Road Ready Plywood Cabinet
Built from plywood rather than plastic, the CHR12 cabinet offers excellent rigidity for a cleaner sound with reduced unwanted vibration. The polyurea coating provides a robust, scratch resistant surface that stands up to regular loading, unloading and use in demanding environments.
Flexible Mounting and Coverage
The CHR12 can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation, with a rotatable HF horn so you can maintain optimal coverage whichever way you mount it. Dual angle pole sockets let you choose between a straight 0 degree position or a 7 degree down tilt, helping you aim the sound where the audience actually is rather than at the back wall or ceiling.
Optimised with Yamaha DSP
When used with Yamaha DSP equipped power amplifiers or compatible signal processors, you can access dedicated tuning presets tailored specifically for the CHR12. These settings optimise crossover, EQ and protection to maximise system performance, making it quicker and easier to achieve a polished, professional sound.
