You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

The UDO ONM-1 Synth Control adds a second dedicated synthesiser control set to the DMNO ON desktop synthesiser, giving you hands-on control over both timbres simultaneously. Designed as part of the modular ON System, the ONM-1 lets you recreate the dual panel control layout of the larger keyboard DMNO while retaining the compact format of the DMNO ON base unit.
Connected using a robust screw locking D Sub cable, the ONM-1 integrates directly with the DMNO ON without requiring an additional power supply. Once connected, it provides dedicated physical controls for the second synthesiser part, making it easier to shape both sides of the two-part multitimbral engine from a single setup.
The ON System allows you to tailor your DMNO around the way you play. Alongside the ONM-1 Synth Control, the range includes the ONM-2 Effects Control, allowing you to expand your setup according to your preferred workflow. You can also combine up to two different ONM modules for a personalised control configuration.
