You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

The Teenage Engineering EP-127 K.O. Pedal is a compact, wireless foot controller designed to put hands free control of your EP-35 K.O. AMP guitar and mic effects right under your feet. Working seamlessly with the EP-35 K.O. AMP, the K.O. Pedal lets you punch in expressive effects, build live loops, set your tempo and manage audio playback without ever taking your hands off your instrument. Connect wirelessly over Bluetooth LE MIDI or via USB-C, or integrate it into a wider hardware setup using the 3.5 mm MIDI output and expression pedal input. It is a flexible, portable controller that adapts to the way you like to work.
Beyond music, EP-127 can switch to HID mode so you can control video playback, navigate slides or trigger software shortcuts, all by mapping the two footswitches inside your chosen application.
