Product Description

The Teenage Engineering EP–2350 FX–MIC is a standalone handheld performance microphone designed to put vocal effects, sample triggering and expressive sound manipulation directly in your hands. Built for live performance, experimentation and creative setups, it combines four onboard voice effects with four replaceable sample slots, giving you plenty of ways to shape your sound without reaching for another device.

Choose from Echo, Echo + Spring, Pixie and Robot effects, then adjust their parameters live using the microphone's modulation lever. The four sample slots can be filled with your own sounds, allowing you to trigger samples straight from the mic as part of a performance. You can also create your own effect presets using a simple JSON file, making it possible to tailor the microphone to your preferred setup.

The EP–2350 FX–MIC features a 3.5 mm line output with a curly cable and can connect directly to a Teenage Engineering K.O. II or integrate into virtually any compatible audio setup. Powered by two AAA batteries or USB-C, it's designed to be easy to take anywhere. With its deliberately lo-fi character and hands-on controls, this is a microphone made for performers who want to experiment with their voice and make something distinctly their own.

Features
  • Four Built-In Voice Effects - Choose from Echo, Echo + Spring, Pixie and Robot effects to transform your vocals with distinctive character.
  • Four Replaceable Sample Slots - Load your own sounds into the four sample slots and trigger them directly from the microphone during performance.
  • Live Effects Control - Use the modulation lever to adjust effect parameters as you perform, adding movement and expression to your vocals.

Performance Ready Vocal Effects:

The EP–2350 FX–MIC puts a selection of distinctive vocal effects directly into the microphone, making it easy to transform your voice without additional processing equipment. Four built-in effects are available: Echo, Echo + Spring, Pixie and Robot. Each brings its own flavour, from spacious repeats and spring-like ambience to more unusual electronic vocal treatments. The modulation lever provides hands-on control over effect parameters while you're performing, allowing you to introduce movement and variation as you go. Whether you're experimenting at home, performing live or adding character to a creative recording, the EP–2350 FX–MIC encourages a more immediate and playful approach to vocal processing.

Samples at Your Fingertips:

Alongside its vocal effects, the EP–2350 FX–MIC gives you four sample slots that can be replaced with your own sounds. This lets you bring custom samples into a performance and trigger them directly from the microphone, without having to reach for another controller. Load up vocal snippets, sound effects, musical phrases or other sounds and incorporate them into your performance whenever inspiration strikes. The microphone also supports custom user effect presets through a simple JSON file, giving you another way to personalise its operation. This combination of sampling and customisation makes the EP–2350 particularly well suited to performers who enjoy experimenting and building a setup around their own sounds.

Simple Connections, Distinctive Character:

Designed to slot easily into a variety of creative setups, the EP–2350 FX–MIC features a 3.5 mm line output with a curly cable. Connect it directly to a Teenage Engineering K.O. II or use it as part of another compatible audio system. Power comes from two AAA batteries or USB-C, giving you flexibility whether you're performing away from a mains supply or working at a desk. The microphone is deliberately lo-fi by design, embracing a characterful approach to sound rather than chasing clinical perfection. Compact, portable and packed with hands-on controls, it's an unconventional performance microphone for anyone looking to make vocals and samples more expressive.
