TAMA Spartan Boom Cymbal Stand

The TAMA Spartan HC73BS Boom Cymbal Stand is designed to remove the hidden hassles of gigging hardware. Light in weight yet reassuringly solid, it delivers fast, intuitive set-up, rock-steady positioning and a playing feel that lets you focus purely on the music instead of fighting your stand.

By carefully balancing reduced mass with pro-level strength, TAMA have created a stand that is easy on your back, effortless to adjust and utterly dependable on stage. Innovative details such as Anti-Walk Rubber Feet and the Duo-Lock Boom Tilter work together to keep your cymbals exactly where you want them, from the first song to the last.

Whether you are loading in for a long function gig, setting up for a studio session or fine-tuning a compact practice rig, the Spartan HC73BS helps eliminate shoulder strain, fiddly adjustments and creeping stands that slowly drift out of position. It is a modern answer to what drummers really need from their hardware.

Lightweight Feel, Professional Strength

The Spartan series is engineered to hit an ideal middle ground in weight: light enough to carry comfortably, yet strong enough to satisfy demanding players. At just 2.0 kg, the HC73BS reduces physical strain during transport and set-up, while its robust construction and 28.6 mm base tubing provide the stability you would expect from serious professional hardware.

Fast, Intuitive Boom Adjustment

Featuring TAMA's Duo-Lock Boom Tilter, the HC73BS lets you adjust boom angle and length in one smooth, simple motion. This intuitive mechanism speeds up set-up and tear-down, making it easy to dial in the perfect cymbal position without wrestling with multiple knobs or levers.

Rock-Solid Anti-Walk Stability

Anti-Walk Rubber Feet are designed to keep the stand firmly in place, even under energetic playing. By minimising unwanted movement and creeping across the stage, they help maintain your carefully chosen cymbal positions and give you the confidence to play with full power.

Flexible Height and Reach

With a generous height adjustment range from 730 mm to 1,705 mm and a 300 mm boom arm, the HC73BS offers plenty of flexibility for a wide variety of set-ups. From low, compact configurations to higher, more expansive rigs, you can position your cymbals exactly where they feel most natural.

• Balanced Lightweight Design - Weighing only 2.0 kg, the HC73BS significantly reduces the physical burden of transporting and setting up your kit, while still delivering the strength and durability required for regular gigging and rehearsal.
• Duo-Lock Boom Tilter - The clever Duo-Lock mechanism allows simultaneous adjustment of boom angle and length, so you can quickly fine-tune your cymbal placement without juggling multiple controls, saving time and effort at every show.
• Anti-Walk Rubber Feet - Specially designed rubber feet help prevent the stand from creeping or shifting during performance, keeping your cymbals stable and secure so you can play with confidence and consistency.
• Wide Height Adjustment Range - With a height range from 730 mm to 1,705 mm and a 300 mm boom arm, the stand adapts easily to different kit layouts and playing styles, making it suitable for everything from compact practice set-ups to full live rigs.
