Product Description
Welcome to Squier’s Paranormal Series: a collection of quirky and kooky sci-fi inspired guitars and basses – a “what if?” of design mashups and colours you can’t find anywhere else in this universe.
Imagine the P-bass as a resonant semi-hollow with the added versatility of a Jazz bass. That’s exactly where we land with the Paranormal Precision. Lighter, more flexible and just as ridiculously cool, channelling seventies soul.
Semi-hollow Thinline construction
We all recognise the classic Precision as a pure rock ’n’ roll machine, but this Paranormal twist brings out a different side of the old workhorse. More resonant and lighter, you get a completely different physical feel out of the Paranormal P-bass – it's also more forgiving to play standing up.
The added Fender-designed J-bass pickup in the neck position snarls and growls while the alnico ‘51 Precision bridge pickup possesses a true vintage flavour.
Gorgeous feel
You’ll feel right at home on the comfy “C” shape neck profile, which boasts a super smooth satin finish for unimpeded movement. The tried and tested vintage bridge bears slotted barrel saddles to help with the rock steady tuning and intonation.
