Squier Limited Edition Classic Vibe Custom Telecaster in Sherwood Green with Bigsby

The Squier Limited Edition Classic Vibe Custom Telecaster in Sherwood Green with Bigsby is a stylish nod to the double-bound Tele models of the late 50s and 60s, updated with a versatile SH pickup configuration and expressive vibrato system. With its Fender Designed alnico pickups, vintage-tinted neck and nickel-plated hardware, it delivers classic looks and tones with modern playability at a highly accessible price point.

Whether you are chasing chiming country twang, warm jazzier neck tones or indie shimmer with subtle vibrato, this Classic Vibe Custom Telecaster is built to inspire. The double-bound poplar body and maple neck feel reassuringly familiar, while the Bigsby B50 tailpiece and floating bridge open the door to smooth pitch bends and atmospheric textures that go far beyond a standard Tele.

The SH pickup pairing combines a bright, articulate single-coil in the bridge with a fuller-sounding alnico humbucker at the neck, giving you everything from cutting rhythm sounds to rounded lead tones at the flick of a switch. A comfortable C-shaped neck, narrow tall frets and a 9.5 inch radius fingerboard make chords, bends and fast runs feel natural, whether you are a seasoned player or stepping up to your first serious Tele-style guitar.

Finished in a striking Sherwood Green with contrasting binding and period-correct details, this limited edition Squier looks every bit as good as it sounds. It is a characterful workhorse that will sit happily in the studio, on stage or in the practice room, covering a wide range of genres while oozing vintage cool.

Classic Double-Bound Tele Style

Inspired by the custom Telecaster models of the late 50s and 60s, the double-bound poplar body gives this guitar a distinctive upmarket look that stands out under stage lights. The binding frames the Sherwood Green finish beautifully, adding a touch of class while retaining the familiar Telecaster silhouette players love.

Expressive Bigsby Vibrato System

The Bigsby B50 string-through vibrato tailpiece, paired with a vintage-style floating bridge, lets you add subtle shimmers, chord warbles and expressive pitch dips without losing the feel of a traditional Tele. The string-through design helps keep restringing straightforward, while the Mustang-style saddles are designed for stable intonation and smooth performance.

Versatile Fender Designed SH Pickups

A Fender Designed alnico single-coil in the bridge delivers the bright, cutting Tele snap that slices through a mix, while the alnico humbucker in the neck offers a warmer, thicker voice for bluesy leads and smooth cleans. Combined with the 3-position blade switch and simple volume and tone controls, this SH configuration covers a wide tonal palette suitable for rock, country, indie, pop and more.

Vintage Feel with Modern Playability

The C-shaped maple neck with a tinted gloss urethane finish offers a comfortable, familiar feel that suits a wide range of playing styles. A 9.5 inch fingerboard radius and narrow tall frets strike a balance between vintage character and contemporary playability, making bends easier while still feeling authentic to classic Fender designs.

• Limited Edition Sherwood Green Finish - The rich Sherwood Green colour, accented by body binding and a parchment pickguard, gives this Tele a distinctive, premium look that stands out from standard finishes and adds a touch of vintage-inspired flair to any rig.
• Bigsby B50 String Through Vibrato - The Bigsby tailpiece offers smooth, controlled vibrato for adding character to chords and leads, while the string-through design is intended to make restringing more straightforward and maintain a familiar feel under the picking hand.
• Fender Designed Alnico SH Pickup Set - The combination of a bridge single-coil and neck humbucker provides both classic Tele bite and fuller, rounded tones, giving you flexible sounds for rhythm and lead work without needing to change guitars.
• Vintage Inspired Neck and Hardware - A tinted gloss maple neck, vintage-style tuners, knurled flat-top control knobs and nickel-plated hardware all contribute to an old-school aesthetic, while delivering reliable tuning stability and a smooth playing experience.
