Scandinavian Birch Power and Clarity

Scandinavian Birch shells give this SQ2 kit its signature voice: punchy, projecting and incredibly articulate. The wood’s natural character delivers tight, focused lows, clear, singing highs and a smooth, balanced midrange, making every drum easy to tune and sit perfectly in a mix. Whether you prefer deep, warm tuning or bright, cutting attack, the birch shells respond quickly and consistently.

Versatile, Gig Ready Shell Configuration

The 22 x 15 inch bass drum offers a fast, controlled low end with plenty of punch, ideal for modern live and studio applications. Paired with 10 x 8 and 12 x 9 inch rack toms plus 14 x 14 and 16 x 16 inch floor toms, you get a full tonal spread from tight, melodic higher pitches to huge, room filling lows. The 14 x 6.5 inch snare provides body, crack and sensitivity, giving you a single kit that can comfortably cover multiple genres and playing situations.

Fiery Red with Black Burst Aesthetic

The Fiery Red with Black Burst finish showcases Sonor’s high end lacquer work, combining a vivid red centre with a dark, dramatic burst towards the edges. Under lights, the finish adds depth and movement to the shells, making the kit as visually striking as it is sonically impressive. It is a look that suits both modern and classic set ups, ensuring your drums make a statement on any stage.
