Sennheiser L6000 Intelligent Charging Station For EWD & EWDX

The Sennheiser L 6000 is an intelligent 19 inch rackmount charging station designed to keep your Digital 6000 and Digital 9000 wireless systems ready for action. With up to eight charging slots in just 1U of rack space, advanced battery management and full integration with Sennheiser Wireless Systems Manager software, it delivers centralised, reliable power management for professional touring, broadcast and installed setups.

Built around a modular concept, the L 6000 can be fitted with up to four charging modules, each offering two ports for compatible bodypack or handheld transmitter battery packs. Clear three colour LED indicators provide an instant visual overview of charging status, while intelligent control and active cooling ensure efficient, safe charging even in tightly packed racks. For engineers who need predictable run times and streamlined workflows, it is a powerful hub for managing multiple wireless channels.

The L 6000 also features a dedicated storage mode that optimally charges battery packs for longer term storage, helping to preserve battery health between tours or production runs. When connected to Wireless Systems Manager (WSM), you gain access to detailed battery diagnostics including temperature, remaining charge time, expected run time, charge cycles and overall battery quality, giving you the data you need to plan shows with confidence.

With its futureproof modular design, the L 6000 can be updated with new charging modules as additional battery types are introduced, protecting your investment as your Sennheiser system evolves. Whether you are running a large multi-channel rig or a compact professional system, it brings order, oversight and efficiency to your charging setup.

Modular 1U Rackmount Design

The L 6000 fits neatly into a standard 19 inch rack at just 1U in height, making it easy to integrate into touring racks, OB vans or fixed installations. Its modular construction allows you to install up to four charging modules as required, so you only use the capacity you need and can expand later if your system grows.

Up To Eight Intelligent Charging Ports

Each of the four module slots supports a charging module with two ports, giving you a total of up to eight charging positions for compatible Sennheiser battery packs (BA 60, BA 61 and BA 62). This centralises power management for multiple bodypack and handheld transmitters, reducing clutter and simplifying your charging routine.

Advanced Battery Management And Cooling

An intelligent control system manages charging to prevent heat build up and prolong battery life. Four integrated fans provide optimum cooling, helping to maintain stable operating temperatures even in dense racks and warm environments, so your batteries charge efficiently and consistently.

WSM Integration And Storage Mode

By connecting the L 6000 to Sennheiser Wireless Systems Manager, you can monitor detailed battery information including temperature, remaining charge time, expected run time, charge cycles and battery quality. A dedicated storage mode keeps battery packs at an ideal charge level for longer storage periods, helping to maintain performance between events or tours.
