Recording King Dirty 30s Single 0 Parlour Electro Acoustic Guitar in Vintage Burst

The Recording King Dirty 30s Single 0 Parlour Electro Acoustic in Vintage Burst delivers classic blues box character with a modern twist. Compact, comfortable and full of old-school charm, it blends a punchy parlour voice with a cool RK Gold Foil pickup so you can take that vintage-inspired tone straight to the stage or studio.

Designed by the expert team at St. Louis Music, the latest Dirty 30s 7-Series models refine the formula with upgraded materials, thoughtful bracing and tasteful cosmetic touches. The result is a small-bodied acoustic that feels instantly familiar under the fingers, responds beautifully to fingerstyle or rootsy strumming, and offers an effortless, clean plugged-in sound that stays true to its acoustic personality.

Vintage Parlour Vibe, Modern Playability

The Single 0 parlour body is all about character and comfort. Its compact footprint sits snugly against the body and encourages an intimate, expressive playing style, perfect for blues, folk and roots. Despite its smaller size, the clever bracing and tonewood combination help it project with surprising volume and focus, so your lines cut through without feeling boomy or overpowering.

Upgraded Construction for Bigger Tone

Recording King have reworked the 7-Series from the inside out, with improved wood selection and a refined D3P1 bracing pattern that combines an X-brace with tone bars. The spruce top delivers clarity and snap, while mahogany back and sides add warmth and midrange punch. Together they create a responsive, balanced voice that rewards a light touch but still holds together when you dig in.

Effortless Plugged-in Performance

For players who want that parlour magic on stage, the built-in RK Gold Foil pickup provides a clean, articulate amplified tone with bags of retro cool. It captures the guitar’s natural character without fuss, giving you a straightforward, musical sound that works brilliantly for singer-songwriters, roots players and anyone who wants to keep their setup simple.

Classic Looks with Thoughtful Details

From the Vintage Burst satin finish to the ivory-style binding, pickguard and milk white tuner buttons, this guitar oozes old-school charm. Acrylic sound bar inlays add a distinctive touch to the rosewood fingerboard, while the dovetail neck joint at the 12th fret reinforces that traditional parlour feel. It is a guitar that looks like a cherished vintage find, yet plays and performs like a reliable modern workhorse.
