Product Description
RCF Says:
"A serious professional system for demanding live sound applications. The ART 932-A delivers exceptional vocal clarity and midrange precision from RCF's flagship ART 9 series in a compact 12" format, while dual SUB 18-AX subwoofers provide controlled, earth-moving bass with Advanced Crossover Engine integration. Scalable, road-ready, and built for performances where the sound has to be right."
Where This System Excels
The ART 932-A delivers exceptional clarity and punch, making it a powerful choice for demanding live sound applications. Its advanced DSP processing and high-performance transducers ensure precise vocal reproduction and detailed midrange, even at high sound pressure levels. Whether used for live bands, DJs, or corporate events, the ART 932-A maintains consistency and control across the full frequency spectrum. Using RCF's 3" compression driver and crossed over at a lower point than many comparable speakers, the ART 932-A gives superior vocal performance that live performers and sound engineers immediately notice.
When paired with the RCF SUB 18-AX, the system becomes a complete full-range solution with serious low-end authority. The SUB 18-AX provides deep, controlled bass that perfectly complements the ART 932-A, offloading low frequencies and allowing the tops to operate with greater headroom and efficiency. The Advanced Crossover Engine (ACE) guarantees this subwoofer is perfectly matched to the ART 932-A — the result is a tighter, more impactful sound with improved overall balance and coverage.
Together, the ART 932-A and SUB 18-AX form a scalable, road-ready system that excels in both portability and performance. Integrated DSP presets and seamless crossover integration make setup fast and reliable, while the robust construction ensures long-term durability in touring and installation environments. This combination offers a refined, professional sound system capable of handling everything from intimate venues to high-energy live performances. Suitable for audiences of up to around 300 people.

RCF ART 932-A Active Loudspeakers
The ART 932-A is part of RCF's flagship ART 9 series, engineered to deliver the highest levels of audio performance from a portable, self-powered cabinet. A 2-channel Class-D amplifier rated at 2100W peak drives a 12" woofer alongside a 3" neodymium compression driver with a titanium dome diaphragm — the largest compression driver fitted to a 12" cabinet in this class. The crossover point at 700 Hz is notably low, allowing the 3" driver to cover a much wider upper-frequency range than the 1" drivers found in comparable speakers. The practical result is strikingly clear vocal reproduction, detailed instrument separation, and a midrange precision that live performers and audiences notice immediately.
Bass Motion Control manages the 12" woofer at the low end, controlling excursion to maintain accuracy and prevent distortion without restricting the speaker's natural output. FiRPHASE technology maintains near-zero degrees phase response across the full frequency range, producing a coherent, time-aligned sound that holds together at distance and off-axis. PowerCON TRUE1 TOP locking mains connectors and plywood construction mark it clearly as a touring-grade product.
ART 9 Series: The Professional Difference
The step from ART 7 to ART 9 is audible and meaningful. Upgraded neodymium transducers, more advanced DSP processing, and the larger compression driver combine to produce a speaker with lower distortion, better headroom, more consistent off-axis response, and noticeably improved clarity at high volumes. For performers who regularly work rooms of 200 people or more, the ART 9 series is where the difference becomes impossible to ignore.
RCF SUB 18-AX Active Subwoofers
The SUB 18-AX is RCF's flagship AX subwoofer, delivering 2200W peak Class-D amplification through an 18" driver with a 4" voice coil, reaching a maximum SPL of 135 dB with a frequency response that extends down to 35 Hz. The low-end output is authoritative and physical — the kind that an audience feels as well as hears, and that gives a live event its sense of scale and energy.
The Advanced Crossover Engine (ACE) is the defining feature of the AX subwoofer range: factory-programmed presets engineered to align precisely with RCF's FiRPHASE full-range speakers mean that selecting the ART 932-A preset gives you a phase-correct, time-aligned system with no manual crossover tweaking required. The 2.4-inch colour touch panel provides access to 8-band parametric EQ, cardioid mode for directional bass deployment, up to 45 metres of delay, and eight recallable system snapshots. Two SUB 18-AX units can be paired wirelessly and controlled from a single smartphone via the RCF LiveRemote app.
