Product Description
The PRS Ltd Edition CE 24 Special is a versatile electric guitar that combines the signature bolt-on neck snap of the CE series with an expanded tonal palette provided by the uncommon humbucker/single-coil/humbucker pickup setup. A limited-edition model in a custom Purple Sparkle, this CE 24 is designed for players who seek a balance of modern flexibility, classic PRS craftsmanship and eye-catching glam style.
With 24 frets and a 25" scale length, it comfortably navigates a wide range of musical styles, from crisp cleans to rich, saturated overdrive.
Diverse H/S/H tones
What sets the CE 24 Special apart is its innovative hum/single/hum pickup configuration. Equipped with PRS 85/15 pickups in the treble and bass positions and a unique NS-01 single coil in the middle, this guitar offers an impressive blend of both glassy and thick, direct tones via a 5-way blade switch.
The addition of the NS-01 is key to the extensive tonal range. Flick between thick humbucker warmth, bright single coil clarity, and everything in between, making this guitar highly adaptable to various genres and playing styles.
High-quality hardware
Built to withstand the rigours of the stage, the CE 24 Special features PRS’s patented tremolo bridge and Phase III locking tuners with wing buttons, ensuring excellent tuning stability and expressive vibrato capabilities.
Bolt-On Maple Neck
The bolt-on construction enhances attack and resonance, delivering a snappy response that is perfect for articulate playing. The Pattern Thin neck shape combined with a smooth satin nitro finish offers comfort and speed, encouraging long playing sessions without fatigue.
Premium gig bag included
The guitar also comes with a premium gig bag, making it road-ready from the moment it’s unboxed. Whether you are a gigging musician or a studio player, the CE 24 Special offers an inspiring blend of performance, tone, and reliability.
