Product Description
The Old Blood Noise Endeavors Signal Blender Stereo is a powerful parallel effects router that lets you run two stereo effects loops alongside a clean path, then blend, split and recombine them with total control. Designed in collaboration with 29 Pedals and built in Oklahoma, it is a flexible hub for complex pedalboards, ambient rigs and experimental routing, whether you are working in mono or full stereo.
At its heart, Signal Blender Stereo gives you three independent level controls and three footswitches for Loop A, Loop B and your clean signal. You can keep your core tone intact while bringing in huge reverbs, wild modulation or crushing fuzz in parallel, or use the internal mono in stereo out mode to turn a single input into a wide, immersive soundstage. With phase inversion, trails switching and MIDI control on tap, it is equally at home on stage, in the studio or on a minimalist fly board.
Each loop has its own stereo send and return, so you can treat two separate stereo chains as building blocks and sculpt how much of each you want in your final mix. The soft-touch footswitches can run in latching or momentary modes, opening up rhythmic stutters, swells and dynamic transitions that would be impossible with a simple series loop. When you want everything out of the way, Signal Blender Stereo can be set for true bypass when all loops are disabled.
Despite its deep routing options, Signal Blender Stereo remains intuitive. Top-mounted jacks keep cabling neat, while clear controls for Loop A, Loop B and Clean levels make it easy to dial in subtle blends or extreme contrasts. Internal voltage scaling up to ±15V gives you ample headroom for complex stereo chains, and MIDI access to on/off and trails switching lets you integrate it seamlessly into modern, preset-based setups.
Parallel stereo creativity
Signal Blender Stereo is built for parallel routing, letting you run two full stereo effects chains alongside a clean path and then blend them to taste. This opens up lush ambient textures, punchy parallel compression-style setups and intricate layered sounds, all while keeping your core tone present and articulate.
Mono to stereo expansion
With its internal mono in stereo out configuration, Signal Blender Stereo can take a single mono input and split it into a wide stereo field. This makes it ideal for players who want to expand a simple rig into immersive stereo without changing their core pedals or signal chain.
Deep control with simple switching
Dedicated footswitches for Loop A, Loop B and Clean, plus individual level controls, give you immediate control over how each element sits in the mix. Soft-touch switches with selectable momentary or latching operation make it easy to create dynamic swells, stutters and transitions on the fly.
Phase, trails and MIDI integration
Per-loop phase inversion and trails switching help you keep your stereo image tight and your delays and reverbs behaving exactly as you want when you bypass them. MIDI control over on/off and trails means Signal Blender Stereo can slot straight into modern MIDI-based pedalboards and switching systems.
Features
- Stereo parallel routing with dual loops - Two independent stereo effects loops plus a clean path let you run complex parallel chains, blend ambient and dry tones, or stack different textures side by side without sacrificing clarity or punch.
- Independent loop and clean level controls - Separate Loop A, Loop B and Clean level knobs act like a compact mixer on your board, so you can fine-tune how much of each signal hits your amp or interface for anything from subtle enhancement to extreme sound design.
- Mono in stereo out and phase inversion - Internal mono to stereo splitting gives you a wide image from a single input, while phase inversion on each loop return helps you maintain a solid, coherent sound when combining multiple complex effects chains.
- Trails, MIDI and soft-touch switching - Trails switching keeps your reverbs and delays ringing out naturally when bypassed, while MIDI access to on/off and trails plus soft-touch, momentary or latching footswitches make Signal Blender Stereo easy to integrate into both traditional and fully programmable rigs.
