Old Blood Noise Endeavors Expression Slider Folded Expression Controller Pedal Black

The Old Blood Noise Endeavors Expression Slider is a compact, hand operated expression controller that swaps the traditional treadle for a smooth 50k fader. Perfect for desktop rigs, pedalboards and synth setups, it gives you precise, visual control of any compatible expression input without needing to use your foot.

Built into a folded metal enclosure and finished in black, this passive controller requires no power and connects via a standard TRS cable to a huge range of expression enabled pedals and devices. Whether you are riding reverb decay, filter sweeps, delay time or synth parameters, the Expression Slider keeps everything close to hand for fast, musical adjustments in the studio or on stage.

With its extra smooth slide potentiometer and simple layout, it is ideal for players who want the creative flexibility of expression control but prefer fingertip accuracy over rocking a treadle. From subtle automation style moves to dramatic sweeps, you can set and recall parameter positions with confidence and see your setting at a glance.

This unit is intended as a hand controlled expression tool rather than a foot operated pedal, making it especially well suited to live tweaking, sound design and hybrid guitar or synth workflows where you are already working at a desk or crowded pedalboard.

Hand Operated Expression Control

The Expression Slider is designed to be moved by hand, giving you precise control over your chosen parameter. Instead of guessing with your foot, you can make tiny, repeatable adjustments that are ideal for dialling in sweet spots on reverbs, delays, modulation, filters and more, particularly in studio and desktop environments.

Extra Smooth 50k Slide Potentiometer

At the heart of the unit is a 50k slide potentiometer tuned for expression use, offering a smooth, even response across its entire travel. This makes swells, sweeps and gradual transitions feel natural and controllable, helping you create musical movements rather than abrupt jumps in your sound.

Compact Folded Enclosure For Flexible Mounting

The folded metal enclosure keeps the Expression Slider small and sturdy, so it fits easily on busy pedalboards, next to synths or on a studio desk. Its compact footprint and flat top make it simple to mount on pedalboards, mic stands or workstations, keeping your most important controls within easy reach.

Wide Compatibility With Expression Enabled Gear

Using a standard 6.3 mm TRS output with the tip connected to the wiper, the Expression Slider works with a broad range of 50k compatible expression inputs. It is suitable for many pedals and devices from Old Blood Noise Endeavors, Chase Bliss, Meris, EarthQuaker Devices, Empress, Montreal Assembly, Red Panda, Strymon, Electro Harmonix and others that accept a matching expression format.
