Product Description
Whether you’re a die‑hard Dream Theater fan or simply after a jaw‑dropping, stage‑ready shred machine, the Music Man John Petrucci Majesty Premium Select absolutely delivers. This is a guitar that oozes class, precision and versatility — built to handle everything from soaring leads to intricate prog passages without breaking a sweat.
Premium woods, pro features, pure performance
Right out of the gate, you’re looking at a winning tonewood combo: a beautifully carved Maple top paired with Alder wings for that perfect blend of snap and balance. Add in a Mahogany neck‑through design for endless sustain, plus an Ebony fingerboard loaded with 24 stainless steel frets, and you’re in seriously luxe territory.
You also get glow‑in‑the‑dark side dots to stay locked in on dark stages, plus a set of Petrucci’s own DiMarzio Dream Catcher and Rainmaker humbuckers that deliver everything from tight, articulate rhythm tones to fluid, singing leads.
A metropolis of versatility
This Majesty isn’t just about looks and feel — it’s stacked with pro‑grade hardware too. The piezo‑equipped floating trem bridge lets you dive from screaming electric tones into convincing acoustic textures in an instant. And if you ever need a boost, the push/push volume control serves up a whopping 20+dB kick for solos that really cut through.
There’s also push/push coil‑splitting on the tone knob, giving you access to a whole palette of tones. And with both mono and stereo outputs, it’s ready to slot straight into any live rig or studio setup.

- Alder wing body with Maple top: A rock‑solid combo that dishes out balanced tone with heaps of depth and articulation.

- DiMarzio Dream Catcher & Rainmaker humbuckers: Petrucci’s signature pickup set, uncovered for a little extra bite. Expect tight lows, expressive mids and soaring lead tones.
