Product Description
The Meinl 12 inch Marshmallow Practice Pad in Black is designed to let you work on your chops quietly, wherever and whenever you like. Its specially formulated, super-thick foam surface delivers a satisfying, medium rebound while keeping the volume incredibly low, so you can focus on your technique without disturbing anyone around you.
Perfect for drummers of all levels, this pad is ideal for building muscle memory, refining rudiments, and maintaining your practice routine in noise-sensitive environments. The non-slip composite base keeps it stable on any flat surface, while the built-in 8 mm thread lets you mount it on a cymbal stand for a more natural playing height. Compact and easy to carry, it is a practical solution for home practice, backstage warm-ups, or travel.
Ultra-Quiet Practice with Realistic Rebound
The Marshmallow Pad uses a super-thick foam playing surface that significantly reduces volume while still providing a medium, bouncy rebound. This means you can run through sticking patterns, accents, and dynamics with a feel that translates to your kit, without the usual practice pad noise cutting through the room.
Comfortable 12 Inch Playing Surface
With a 12 inch diameter, this pad offers a familiar, drum-like playing area that accommodates full sticking patterns and wider movements. The larger surface helps you work on control, accuracy, and hand positioning in a way that feels closer to playing a snare, making it a great choice for more involved practice sessions.
Stable Non-Slip Composite Base
The solid modern composite base is padded underneath, so it sits securely on desks, stands, or tabletops without sliding around. This stability lets you focus entirely on your hands and technique, rather than constantly repositioning the pad while you play.
Mountable for Flexible Setups
An integrated 8 mm threaded insert allows the pad to be mounted on a cymbal stand. This gives you the option to practise at your usual kit height or integrate the pad into a stand-based setup, making it easier to maintain natural posture and ergonomics during longer practice sessions.

- Non-Slip Composite Base - The solid base with padded underside keeps the pad stable on a variety of surfaces, helping you maintain consistent technique and focus.
