Product Description
Positive energy never sounded so sweet. The Martin LX2 Life Is Good Travel Acoustic takes the much-loved Little Martin platform and gives it a feel-good twist, with custom Life is Good laser-etched artwork on a solid spruce top. Compact, comfortable and built to handle life on the move, it delivers crisp, articulate tone in a travel-friendly package that is just as happy in a lesson room as it is around the campfire.
With its modified 0 body size, short 23 inch scale and durable HPL back and sides, this Little Martin is designed to go wherever you do. A Richlite fingerboard and bridge, birch laminate neck and hand-applied neck finish keep things smooth and stable, while the included soft shell case makes it easy to grab and go. Whether you are a beginner looking for an inspiring first guitar or a seasoned player needing a compact companion, the LX2 Life Is Good keeps the good vibes flowing.
Compact Little Martin Comfort
The LX2 Life Is Good uses Martin’s modified 0-14 fret body and a short 23 inch scale length to create a guitar that feels instantly approachable. The smaller footprint is ideal for younger players, those with smaller hands, or anyone who wants a relaxed, couch-friendly acoustic that is easy to play for long sessions without fatigue.
Solid Spruce Top with Life Is Good Artwork
A solid spruce top gives this travel-sized acoustic a clear, lively voice with plenty of projection and dynamic range. The custom laser-etched Life is Good design adds a unique visual touch that stands out from the crowd, making this guitar as uplifting to look at as it is to listen to.
Durable HPL Back and Sides
Brazilian rosewood-patterned HPL back and sides provide a crisp, articulate response while offering impressive durability. This construction shrugs off the knocks, temperature changes and humidity swings that come with travel, practice rooms and outdoor playing, helping the guitar stay looking and sounding great over time.
Player-Friendly Neck and Hardware
The birch laminate neck with a Modified Low Oval profile feels smooth and familiar in the hand, while the Richlite fingerboard offers a consistent, low-maintenance playing surface. Chrome enclosed-gear tuners keep things tidy and reliable, and the Richlite bridge with white Tusq saddle helps ensure stable intonation and a clear, balanced tone across all 20 frets.
Features
- Solid Spruce Top with Custom Life Is Good Artwork - The solid spruce soundboard delivers bright, responsive tone with plenty of clarity, while the laser-etched Life is Good design adds a distinctive, uplifting aesthetic that makes this Little Martin feel truly personal.
- Compact Modified 0 Body and 23 Inch Scale - The smaller body size and short scale length make the guitar exceptionally comfortable to hold and play, encouraging better technique and making it easier for beginners, younger players or travellers to enjoy full acoustic tone without wrestling a full-size instrument.
- Durable Brazilian Rosewood HPL Back and Sides - High Pressure Laminate with a Brazilian rosewood pattern offers a crisp, articulate sound and robust construction that copes well with changing environments, making it a reliable choice for lessons, rehearsals and life on the road.
- Richlite Fingerboard and Bridge with Tusq Saddle - The Richlite fingerboard and bridge provide a smooth, consistent playing feel and long-term stability, while the white Tusq saddle helps enhance sustain and clarity, so chords ring out cleanly and single notes cut through.
