If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Martin 0-10E Retro Jason Isbell is a signature electro-acoustic guitar that channels the spirit and tone of pre-war Martins, inspired by the 1940 0-17 used by the GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter on his album Foxes in the Snow. This 0 14-fret model features a satin-finished solid mahogany body, delivering a warm, focused tone with clear trebles and a strong midrange punch. Its scalloped spruce X-bracing enhances responsiveness and balance, while the shorter 24.9" scale length offers a softer, more relaxed playing feel, making it perfect for fingerpicking, strumming, and songwriting.
Designed with input from Jason Isbell himself, the guitar’s select hardwood neck is carved with Martin’s Performing Artist profile and high-performance taper, providing a modern, comfortable grip and smooth fretboard movement. The East Indian rosewood fingerboard and modern straightline bridge add both beauty and depth to the design, complemented by classic 17-style inlays and a single-ring fibre rosette. Equipped with Martin’s E1 electronics and a built-in tuner, this guitar is ready for the stage and studio alike.
