Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

The Magma CTRL Case for Denon Prime 4 G2 is a lightweight yet rugged solution for transporting and storing your flagship Denon DJ system. Custom-fitted for the Prime 4 G2, it combines shock-absorbing EVA foam with a tough, water-repellent polyester shell to keep your controller safe from knocks, scrapes and the odd spill on the way to the booth.
Inside, high-density egg-crate foam cushions the jog wheels, display, knobs and faders, helping to prevent damage during travel and setup. Comfortable, rivet-reinforced handles and an included detachable shoulder strap make it easy to carry to gigs, rehearsals or the studio, while compatibility with a Decksaver cover gives you the option of adding an extra layer of protection when you need it.
Lightweight Protection for the Prime 4 G2
Designed specifically to fit the Denon DJ Prime 4 G2, this CTRL Case offers a snug, secure housing without unnecessary bulk. The EVA-moulded construction keeps the overall weight low, so you can travel light while still giving your controller a dedicated, protective home.
Durashock EVA Foam Construction
The shell is built from Magma’s Durashock moulded EVA foam, which is engineered to absorb impacts and bumps. This helps safeguard the Prime 4 G2’s sensitive components, including the large jog wheels, performance pads and central display, when you are loading in, loading out or storing the unit between sessions.
Water-Repellent Outer Shell
A hard-wearing polyester exterior with water-repellent properties adds an extra layer of defence against splashes and light moisture. This helps protect your controller from accidental spills and drips in busy DJ booths, backstage areas and on the move.
Comfortable and Practical to Carry
