Product Description
The Loog Pro is the perfect way to get your budding musician into playing an instrument! Acoustic guitars are beautiful instruments to learn to play, and the Loog Pro shrinks the style, satisfying sound and real feel of a full-sized guitar down to a comfortable size for kids to handle.
These mini guitars offer an authentic playing experience for children aged 6 and up, featuring real quality woods and hardware and a pretty sound like their larger counterparts – just at a shorter scale with three strings. Growing guitarists will have a great time playing the Loog Pro throughout their formative years.
Starter Pack Essentials
Our starter packs save you money as you get all the essentials you need for your young musician to play their acoustic guitar. The guitar straps lets them move freely standing up as they play and the tuner keeps all the strings sounding great in tune!
This bundle includes:
- A Loog acoustic guitar
- Guitar strap
- Clip-on tuner
Features
Three string design for youngsters
The big difference between the Loog and a full-sized acoustic are the three strings in place of the standard six. This makes playing single notes and triads (three-string chords) much easier for smaller hands and new players to process. Everything learned by playing a Loog can be applied to a full-sized guitar when your young musician is ready to make that step up.
Perfect scale length for growing guitarists
Children aged six and up will likely find the Pro Loog to be the ideal size. This is because it has a scale length of 20.4 inches, which means there's a larger gap between the frets for growing hands than the more compact Mini Loog. It also comes with 18 frets to provide room to get creative with their playing.
Nylon string sound and feel
A lot of contemporary acoustic guitars are equipped with steel strings, but these can be tough on the fingers of growing players. The Loog Pro acoustic instead comes with nylon strings like that of a classical guitar, which are much softer and easier to fret. They also change the way the guitar sounds, giving it an airier, gentler tone made extremely pleasant on the ears in combination with the basswood and maple woods used to construct the guitar.
Accessories, video lessons and flash cards all included
Your new Loog Pro comes with plectrums used to pluck the guitar strings, flashcards to quickly memorise how to play chords and notes, and access to the brilliant Loog app. Explore a library of games, video lessons, a learn-to-play songbook with note-by-note tutorials, and even an interactive TV show to make learning really fun!
