Korg Handytraxx Tube J DJ Deck

The Korg Handytraxx Tube J is a premium portable turntable that brings true hi-fi vinyl sound wherever you go. Combining Korg’s Nutube vacuum tube technology with JICO’s state-of-the-art Clipper cartridge, it delivers rich, harmonically detailed playback in a compact, all-in-one design with built-in stereo speakers, tone controls and USB recording. Whether you are rediscovering old favourites or exploring new releases, this is a serious record player for music lovers who want genuine analogue character with modern convenience.

In a world where most music is streamed through phones and earbuds, the Handytraxx Tube J offers a more tactile, immersive way to listen. You can drop a record straight on the platter and enjoy warm, full-bodied sound without needing separate amps or speakers. The integrated phono stage, high quality cartridge and carefully tuned speakers are all designed to maximise the musicality of your records, while still keeping the unit light and portable enough to move from room to room or take with you.

Every part of the Handytraxx Tube J is engineered with sound quality in mind. The aluminium die-cast platter and belt-drive system provide stable, accurate rotation, with CPU-controlled compensation constantly monitoring pitch and speed. A universal tonearm with replaceable headshell, adjustable counterweight and support for MM and ceramic cartridges lets you tailor the deck to your taste, while bass and treble controls help you fine-tune the sound of each record and room.

At the heart of the system is Korg’s Nutube triode, used in the built-in phono amplifier and controlled via a dedicated TUBE knob. This next-generation vacuum tube adds the pleasing harmonics and depth that vinyl fans love, with the flexibility to dial in as much or as little tube character as you like. With both line and dedicated phono outputs, you can integrate the Handytraxx Tube J into an existing hi-fi setup, or simply enjoy its own speakers and headphone output for late-night listening.

For collectors who want to preserve rare pressings or take their favourite albums on the move, the Handytraxx Tube J also functions as a USB audio interface. Connect it to a computer, record into software such as Audacity, and archive your records in digital form while retaining much of that analogue warmth. Powered by an AC adaptor or six AA batteries, and supplied with a dust cover and essential accessories, it is a complete vinyl solution for home, studio or travel.

Nutube Vacuum Tube Phono Stage

The integrated phono amplifier uses Korg’s Nutube vacuum tube to add authentic triode warmth and musical harmonics to your records. With a dedicated TUBE control, you can shape the amount of tube character to suit different genres and recordings, from subtle richness to more pronounced analogue glow.

JICO Clipper Cartridge

Exclusive to this model, JICO’s Clipper cartridge delivers exceptional tracking and detail, revealing nuances in your records that lesser cartridges can miss. Designed by one of Japan’s leading analogue specialists, it offers a refined, high fidelity sound that does justice to both vintage pressings and modern audiophile releases.

Portable All-in-One Design

With built-in stereo speakers, headphone output and battery operation, the Handytraxx Tube J is ready to play anywhere. You do not need separate amps or speakers, so you can enjoy vinyl in any room, take it to rehearsals or set it up wherever inspiration strikes, while the dust cover helps keep everything protected between sessions.

USB Vinyl to Digital Conversion

The USB audio output lets you connect directly to a computer and record your records in high quality PCM format. This makes it easy to back up rare albums, create digital playlists from your collection and enjoy the sound of your favourite records on portable players while keeping the originals safely on the shelf.
