Product Description
Bring the warmth and character of vinyl into your home with the Kanto Obi3 G2 Turntable. Blending classic analogue charm with modern convenience, it is designed to be as easy to live with as it is rewarding to listen to. With Bluetooth and RCA outputs, a built-in phono preamp, and an Audio-Technica AT3600L cartridge included, Obi3 is ready to drop straight into almost any listening setup.
Obi3 is crafted to look as good as it sounds. A sleek, cohesive design with an engineered wood plinth, flush-mounted hinges and a weighted aluminium platter gives it a refined, contemporary feel that suits any living space. Thoughtful details like the J-style aluminium tonearm with cue lever and clear dustcover make everyday use simple and satisfying, whether you are spinning a brand-new pressing or revisiting a well-loved classic.
Under the hood, a belt-drive motor with an integrated speed sensor keeps your records playing at precisely the right tempo. Adjustable counterweight and anti-skate controls let you dial in the tracking for smooth, stable playback, helping to reduce skipping and excessive record wear. The result is a balanced, musical sound that lets the venerable Audio-Technica AT3600L cartridge shine.
Obi3 also invites you to get creative with your collection. The intuitive pitch control knob offers up to +/-10 percent adjustment, so you can slow things down, speed them up, and explore new textures in your favourite albums. Whether you are connecting wirelessly to a Bluetooth speaker or running RCA into a hi-fi system, Obi3 makes it straightforward to enjoy the richness and depth hidden in your records.
Precision listening made simple
A built-in speed sensor constantly monitors the belt-drive motor to maintain rock-solid rotational accuracy. This helps ensure your records play back at exactly the right pitch, preserving timing, groove and musical feel just as the artist intended.
Designed for your space
The engineered wood plinth, polished aluminium platter and flush-mounted hinges give Obi3 a clean, modern aesthetic that integrates effortlessly into your home. A clear dustcover and felt slip mat help keep your records and turntable looking and performing their best.
Fully adjustable tonearm
An adjustable counterweight and dedicated anti-skate control on the J-style aluminium tonearm allow you to optimise tracking force for the included Audio-Technica AT3600L cartridge. This helps minimise skipping and distortion, while protecting both your stylus and your records over time.
Flexible connectivity
With Bluetooth 5.3 and RCA outputs featuring a selectable built-in phono preamp, Obi3 is ready for a wide range of playback setups. Connect wirelessly for clutter-free listening, or use the RCA outputs for a more traditional hi-fi chain, including seamless pairing with Kanto powered speakers.
Features
- Integrated Speed Sensor Belt Drive - The belt-drive motor is paired with a precision speed sensor that constantly monitors rotation, helping to maintain accurate 33 1/3 and 45 RPM playback so your records sound natural, stable and in time.
