Ibanez VC44CE-OPN V-Series Electro Acoustic Guitar in Open Pore Natural

The Ibanez VC44CE-OPN is a compact, comfortable electro acoustic that is perfect for beginners and developing players who want an easy-playing guitar that is ready for the stage or studio. Its Grand Concert body with cutaway sits snugly against the player, while the built-in pickup and preamp system let you plug straight into an amp or PA with clear, reliable sound. Finished in an Open Pore Natural look that lets the wood breathe, it feels and sounds far more premium than its price suggests.

With a meranti body delivering a warm, balanced tone and a slightly shorter 634 mm scale length, the VC44CE-OPN is designed to make chords, melodies and practice sessions feel effortless. The Nandu Wood fretboard and bridge add a smooth, natural playing surface, while Ibanez Advantage bridge pins and chrome covered tuners keep things stable and fuss-free. Whether you are learning your first songs, accompanying a vocalist or stepping up to your first electro acoustic, this guitar gives you the comfort, tone and practicality you need.

The onboard Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ-2T preamp with tuner mean you can go from sofa to stage in seconds, with no extra gear required. Just plug in, tune up and you are ready to perform. The Open Pore Polyurethane finish not only shows off the natural grain, it also allows the body to resonate more freely for a lively, responsive acoustic sound that encourages you to keep playing.

Comfortable Grand Concert Body with Cutaway

The Grand Concert body shape is slightly smaller than a traditional dreadnought, making it easier to hold and more comfortable for younger players or anyone who prefers a compact feel. The cutaway design gives you straightforward access to the upper frets, so you can explore solos and higher chord voicings without feeling restricted.

Warm, Balanced Meranti Construction

With meranti used for the top, back and sides, the VC44CE-OPN offers a warm, even tonal response that suits strumming, fingerpicking and everything in between. This balanced character helps your playing sit nicely in a mix, whether you are practising at home or plugged into an amp on stage.

Plug-in Ready with AEQ-2T Preamp and Tuner

An Ibanez undersaddle pickup paired with the AEQ-2T preamp gives you a clear, usable amplified tone at the push of a button. Simple onboard controls let you shape your sound quickly, and the built-in tuner means you can stay in tune wherever you are without needing extra accessories.

Player-friendly Details Throughout

The Nandu Wood fretboard and bridge provide a smooth, natural feel under the fingers, while Ibanez Advantage bridge pins make string changes easier and more secure. Chrome covered tuners offer reliable tuning stability, and the Open Pore Natural finish gives the guitar a traditional, organic look that will never go out of style.

• Grand Concert Body with Cutaway - A compact Grand Concert shape sits comfortably against the body and is easier to handle for many players. The cutaway design opens up the higher frets, making it simpler to play leads, fills and extended chord shapes further up the neck.
• Meranti Top, Back and Sides - Using meranti throughout the body produces a warm, balanced acoustic voice that responds well to both light fingerstyle and more energetic strumming. This consistency helps you develop your technique without fighting the instrument.
• Ibanez Undersaddle Pickup with AEQ-2T Preamp - The built-in pickup and AEQ-2T preamp let you plug directly into an amplifier or PA system with a clear, controllable sound. Onboard tone shaping and an integrated tuner keep your setup simple and your tuning accurate.
• Nandu Wood Fretboard, Advantage Pins and Chrome Tuners - A smooth Nandu Wood fretboard and bridge enhance playing comfort and sustain, while Ibanez Advantage bridge pins make string changes quicker and more secure. Chrome covered tuners provide stable tuning so you can focus on playing rather than constant adjustments.
