Product Description
The Ibanez V44MINI-OPN is a compact 3/4-sized dreadnought acoustic that makes playing feel easy from the very first chord. With its shorter 580 mm scale length, slim body depth and lightweight meranti construction, it is ideal for younger players, smaller hands or anyone who wants a comfortable, grab-and-go acoustic in a natural, understated finish.
Despite its smaller proportions, the V44MINI-OPN still delivers a warm, balanced acoustic tone that is perfect for lessons, practice and relaxed home playing. The open pore natural finish lets the wood breathe and resonate more freely, while the Nandu Wood fretboard and bridge provide a smooth, familiar feel under the fingers. With chrome covered tuners for reliable tuning and an included Ibanez gig bag, it is a practical, ready-to-play acoustic solution for busy players and learners alike.
Comfortable 3/4-Sized Dreadnought
The 3/4-sized dreadnought body keeps the classic acoustic shape but in a more compact package that is easier to hold and play. This makes the V44MINI-OPN particularly suitable for younger players, beginners and anyone who finds full-sized acoustics a stretch, helping to encourage better posture and longer, more enjoyable practice sessions.
Warm, Balanced Meranti Construction
With a meranti top, back and sides, the V44MINI-OPN offers a warm, even voice that works well for strumming chords, simple melodies and basic fingerstyle. The consistent tonal response helps new players hear what they are doing more clearly, making it easier to develop a solid sense of dynamics and rhythm.
Smooth Nandu Wood Fretboard and Bridge
The Nandu Wood fretboard and bridge provide a comfortable playing surface with a natural, organic feel. This smooth response under the fingers makes fretting chords and changing positions less of a struggle, helping beginners build confidence and accuracy as they progress.
Practical Hardware with Included Gig Bag
Chrome covered tuners offer stable, reliable tuning so you can focus on playing rather than constant adjustments. Ibanez Advantage bridge pins make string changes more secure and straightforward, which is especially helpful for newer players. The included Ibanez gig bag makes it easier to take the guitar to lessons, rehearsals or store it safely between sessions.
Features
- 3/4-Sized Dreadnought Body - A reduced body size and shorter scale length provide a more manageable feel, ideal for younger players, smaller hands or anyone wanting a compact acoustic for travel and casual playing.

- Nandu Wood Fretboard and Bridge - The Nandu Wood fretboard and bridge offer a smooth, comfortable playing surface, helping chords ring clearly and making it easier to develop good fretting technique.
