Ibanez Left Handed GRX70QAL Electric Guitar in Transparent Blue Burst

The Ibanez GRX70QAL in Transparent Blue Burst is a left handed rock machine that makes getting into electric guitar exciting, inspiring and affordable. With its sleek RG-inspired body, eye-catching quilted maple art top and versatile HSH pickup layout, it is perfectly suited to beginners finding their sound as well as more experienced players needing a reliable backup for rehearsals and gigs.

Part of the Gio series, the GRX70QAL delivers the fast feel and bold tones Ibanez are known for, without the premium price tag. From chunky rhythm riffs to searing leads and cleaner, more classic sounds, this guitar is built to handle a wide range of styles while always looking the part under stage lights.

Made for Left Handed Players

Left handed guitarists are often left with limited options, especially at the more affordable end of the market. The GRX70QAL is designed specifically for left handed players, giving you a comfortable, natural playing experience without compromise. The familiar RG-style body and GRX neck profile feel instantly playable, helping you focus on learning songs and developing technique rather than fighting the instrument.

Versatile HSH Infinity Pickups

The HSH Infinity pickup configuration gives you a huge tonal palette to explore. The Infinity R humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions deliver the punch, sustain and output needed for rock and metal, while the Infinity RS single coil in the middle position adds brighter, more traditional tones. Combined with the 5-way switch, you can move from thick rhythm sounds to cutting leads and glassy cleans, making this guitar ideal for lessons, band practice and home recording.

Expressive T106 Tremolo

The T106 tremolo bridge lets you add vibrato, dives and subtle pitch movement to your playing, bringing extra character to chords and lead lines. Whether you are adding shimmer to clean arpeggios or pushing into more aggressive rock territory, the tremolo opens up expressive possibilities that keep practice fun and creative.

Ibanez Playability and Quality

Ibanez are renowned for fast necks, comfortable body shapes and reliable hardware, and the GRX70QAL carries that DNA into an accessible price point. The smooth maple neck, 22 medium frets and 305 mm radius jatoba fingerboard make it easy to play fast runs, big bends and clean chord shapes. Combined with solid construction and dependable components, this is a guitar you can grow with as your skills progress.
