Product Description
The Ibanez GA5TCE3Q-AM is a compact 3/4-size classical electro acoustic that blends traditional nylon-string tone with modern, stage-ready practicality. Its slim Thinline body and cutaway design make it exceptionally comfortable to hold and easy to play, while the built-in Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ-2T preamp let you plug in and perform with clear, natural-sounding amplification. Finished in a striking Amber High Gloss, it is an ideal choice for younger players, travelling musicians or any guitarist looking for a more manageable classical guitar that still delivers a full, expressive voice.
At the heart of the GA5TCE3Q-AM is a spruce top paired with sapele back and sides, a tried-and-tested combination that offers articulate highs, a warm mid-range and bright, musical overtones. The shorter 590 mm scale length and comfortable okoume neck make stretches and chord shapes easier under the fingers, while the purpleheart fretboard and bridge not only look distinctive but also help enhance sustain and tonal richness. Whether you are practising at home, recording or stepping on stage, this guitar is designed to feel familiar, sound inspiring and fit effortlessly into your everyday playing routine.
Comfortable 3/4-Size Thinline Classical Design
The 3/4-size Thinline Classical body is noticeably slimmer and more compact than a full-size classical guitar, making it easier to hold for younger players, smaller-framed guitarists or anyone who prefers a lighter, more portable instrument. The reduced depth helps the guitar sit closer to your body, while the cutaway gives you better access to the upper frets for melodies and solos.
Balanced Spruce and Sapele Tonewoods
A spruce top provides clarity, definition and a crisp attack that suits everything from delicate fingerstyle to more percussive strumming. This is complemented by sapele back and sides, which add warmth in the mid-range and bright, singing overtones, giving your chords and single notes a pleasingly musical, well-balanced character.
Comfortable Okoume Neck with Purpleheart Appointments
The okoume neck is designed for smooth playability, helping your fretting hand move easily up and down the fingerboard. A purpleheart fretboard adds a touch of visual flair and contributes to a rich, focused tone, while the matching purpleheart bridge helps transfer string vibration efficiently to the body for consistent sustain and resonance.
Stage-Ready Ibanez Electronics with Onboard Tuner
An Ibanez undersaddle pickup captures the natural sound of the guitar with accuracy, so your amplified tone remains clear and authentic. The AEQ-2T preamp gives you simple, effective control with bass and treble EQ plus an integrated tuner, allowing you to shape your sound and stay in tune without needing extra pedals or accessories.
