Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Ibanez AS7328-TBC is a semi-hollow electric guitar that brings classic Artcore style and versatility into extended-range territory. With its centre-block construction and dual Classic Elite humbuckers, it's built to handle everything from smooth jazz and soul to modern rock and progressive metal — all while keeping feedback under control and sustain plentiful.
At the heart of the AS7328 is a Linden semi-hollow body with a solid centre block, giving you the airy resonance and warmth of a hollow instrument with the focus and punch of a solid body. A long 28" scale keeps the low B string tight and articulate, while the 3-piece Nyatoh/Maple neck and bound Rosewood fingerboard deliver a comfortable, familiar feel for both chord work and intricate lead lines.
Extended range semi-hollow design
The AS7328 pairs a classic double-cut semi-hollow body with a baritone 28" scale, giving you extra low-end range without sacrificing the airy resonance and responsiveness that Artcore guitars are known for. The centre block helps tame feedback on louder stages while still letting the body breathe and sing.
Comfortable 3-piece neck & Rosewood fingerboard
A 3-piece Nyatoh and Maple neck offers strength, stability and a rich mid-focused resonance, while the bound Rosewood fingerboard adds warmth and a balanced, solid tone. The 12" radius and medium frets make bends, chords and fast runs feel natural and controlled.
Classic Elite humbuckers
