Product Description
The Ibanez AS53L-TF Artcore is a left-handed, centre-block semi-hollow that delivers classic warm, airy tones with modern playability and rock-solid tuning stability. Finished in a sleek Tobacco Flat satin, it is light, comfortable and versatile enough to cover blues, jazz, indie and rock, all while giving left-handed players a properly designed instrument rather than a compromise.
With its nyatoh neck, medium frets and compact AS-series body, the AS53L feels instantly familiar and easy under the fingers, whether you are comping chords or taking melodic leads. A pair of Infinity R humbuckers provide a clear, dynamic voice that stays articulate at lower gain settings and retains definition when you push your amp harder. The Gibraltar Performer bridge and Quik Change III tailpiece keep everything stable and make string changes fast and fuss-free.
If you are a left-handed player looking for a reliable, great-sounding semi-hollow that will not fight you on stage or in the studio, the AS53L-TF offers impressive quality and tone at a very accessible price point.
Comfortable Left-Handed Semi-Hollow Design
The AS53L is purpose-built for left-handed players, with a fully mirrored layout that feels natural from the first chord. Its compact AS-series semi-hollow body offers the resonance and airiness of a hollow design while remaining comfortable for long rehearsals and gigs. The centre block helps reduce feedback, so you can enjoy semi-hollow character at higher volumes with more control.
Nyatoh Neck with Smooth Medium Frets
A nyatoh neck provides a warm, mid-focused response that complements the semi-hollow body, giving your sound body and presence without harshness. Combined with medium frets, the neck feels smooth and forgiving, making bends, vibrato and chord work feel controlled and accurate. It is a player-friendly platform that suits both beginners and experienced guitarists.
Infinity R Humbuckers for Clear, Dynamic Tone
The Infinity R humbuckers are voiced for clarity and versatility, delivering a balanced output that works well across clean, crunch and overdriven tones. They stay articulate for jazzy chords and nuanced lines, yet have enough punch for blues and rock. Their passive design keeps your dynamics intact, responding well to picking strength and guitar volume adjustments.
Gibraltar Performer Bridge and Quik Change III Tailpiece
The Gibraltar Performer bridge offers a stable, comfortable platform with precise intonation adjustment, helping your chords ring in tune across the neck. Paired with the Quik Change III tailpiece, string changes are straightforward and speedy, so you spend less time restringing and more time playing. Chrome hardware completes the look with a clean, modern edge.
