Product Description
The Ibanez AAD361CE-TKR is a modern, stage-ready electro acoustic that blends powerful projection with sleek playability. Its larger Grand Dreadnought body delivers a bold, room-filling sound, while the comfortable cutaway and ergonomic design make it an inviting companion for long practice sessions, live sets and studio work. Finished in a striking Transparent Black Sunburst, it is as eye-catching as it is inspiring to play.
With a solid spruce top for clarity and dynamic response, sapele back and sides for warmth, and dependable Ibanez electronics for plug-in-and-play convenience, this guitar is built to handle everything from delicate fingerstyle to full-blooded strumming. Whether you are stepping up from your first acoustic or looking for a reliable workhorse for gigs, the AAD361CE-TKR offers impressive performance and value.
Grand Dreadnought Power, Modern Comfort
The Advanced Acoustic Grand Dreadnought body is designed to give you more volume and projection than a traditional dreadnought, making your playing feel bigger and more expressive. At the same time, Ibanez have refined the body contours for improved comfort, so the guitar sits naturally against you whether you are standing or seated. The cutaway design also opens up the upper frets, letting you explore higher-register chords and melodies with ease.
Solid Spruce Top for Expressive Tone
A solid spruce top is the heart of the AAD361CE-TKR, providing a bright, articulate voice that responds beautifully to your touch. Play softly and you get shimmering detail; dig in and the guitar rewards you with punch and projection. Paired with sapele back and sides, the overall sound is balanced and versatile, suiting a wide range of genres from folk and pop to worship and acoustic rock.
Stage Ready with Ibanez Electronics
Equipped with an Ibanez AEQ-TP2 preamp, the AAD361CE-TKR is ready to plug straight into an amp or PA. The onboard EQ lets you shape your sound on the fly, helping you cut through a mix or tame problem frequencies in different venues. Reliable, modern electronics ensure your acoustic tone translates clearly when amplified, so you can focus on your performance rather than your gear.
Stylish Looks and Practical Appointments
The Transparent Black Sunburst finish over the top, combined with a Bourbon Burst-style look on the back and sides, gives this guitar a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic. Gold hardware adds a touch of class, while the purpleheart bridge and white dot inlays keep things clean and functional. It is a guitar that looks the part on stage and feels reassuringly solid in your hands.
Features
- Grand Dreadnought Body with Cutaway - The larger Grand Dreadnought shape delivers increased volume and projection, helping your playing carry in acoustic settings. The cutaway gives you easier access to higher frets, making lead lines and extended chord voicings more comfortable to reach.
- Solid Spruce Top with Sapele Back and Sides - A solid spruce top offers a dynamic, articulate response that improves over time as the wood opens up. Sapele back and sides add warmth and balance, creating a versatile tonal platform suitable for strumming, flatpicking and fingerstyle.
- Ibanez AEQ-TP2 Active Electronics - The onboard Ibanez AEQ-TP2 preamp provides a clear, reliable amplified sound when plugged into an amp or PA. With easy-to-use controls, you can quickly tailor your tone to suit different rooms and playing situations.
- Ergonomic Design and Premium Styling - Thoughtful body shaping enhances playing comfort during longer sessions, while the gloss polyurethane finish in Transparent Black Sunburst gives a sleek, modern look. Gold hardware and a purpleheart bridge add visual flair without compromising functionality.
