Product Description
The Hils HNT1R in Satin Metallic Ocean Blue is a sleek, modern headless electric guitar built for players who want cutting-edge ergonomics without sacrificing classic tones. Lightweight, perfectly balanced and loaded with an HSS pickup set, it is equally at home on stage, in the studio or on the road, delivering everything from glassy cleans to punchy, high-gain leads with effortless playability.
With a compact headless form factor, a fast slim C neck and stainless steel frets, the HNT1R is designed to keep up with the most demanding techniques. A mahogany body provides warmth and sustain, while the versatile pickup configuration and 5-way switch give you a full palette of usable sounds for rock, pop, fusion, worship and beyond.
Headless Design for Balance and Portability
The HNT1R’s headless construction improves balance and reduces overall weight, making long rehearsals and gigs far more comfortable. The compact footprint also makes it an ideal travel companion, fitting more easily into tight spaces while still feeling like a full-scale, serious instrument in your hands.
Modern Neck Feel with Compound Radius
A slim C profile neck combined with a compound fingerboard radius from 305 mm to 400 mm gives you a modern, fast feel that adapts to your playing. Chords feel natural and comfortable in the lower positions, while bends and vibrato stay clean and controlled higher up the neck, making intricate lead work feel effortless.
Versatile HSS Pickup Configuration
With a ceramic humbucker in the bridge and Alnico 5 single coils in the middle and neck, the HNT1R covers a huge tonal range. Use the bridge humbucker for tight, focused rhythm and soaring leads, then switch to the single coils for sparkling cleans, funky rhythms and expressive in-between tones, all controlled via a simple 1-volume, 1-tone layout and 5-way switch.
Durable Stainless Steel Frets
Twenty-two medium jumbo stainless steel frets offer a smooth, consistent feel with excellent durability. They resist wear far better than traditional fretwire, keeping your bends, vibrato and intonation precise over the long term, even with heavy playing and frequent string changes.
Features
- Compact Headless Form - The headless design improves balance and reduces neck dive, making the guitar feel lighter and more controlled. Its smaller overall length also makes it easier to transport, ideal for travelling musicians and tight stage setups.
- HSS Pickup Layout with 5-Way Switching - A ceramic bridge humbucker and two Alnico 5 single coils provide everything from crisp, articulate cleans to powerful rock tones. The 5-way switch unlocks classic single coil sounds and full humbucker punch, so you can cover multiple genres with a single instrument.
- Slim C Neck and Compound Radius Fingerboard - The slim C neck profile and 305 to 400 mm compound radius fingerboard are built for speed and comfort. Chords feel relaxed in the lower register, while the flatter upper register is perfect for fast runs, big bends and precise technical playing.
- Stainless Steel Medium Jumbo Frets - Medium jumbo stainless steel frets offer a smooth playing surface and long-lasting performance. They enhance note clarity and make bending easier, while resisting wear so your guitar plays great for years to come.
