Product Description
The Guild Polara Deluxe in Canyon Dusk takes the stripped-back spirit of the original Polara and dresses it up with premium appointments, vintage-inspired styling and a hugely versatile voice. With hot-wound HB-2+ humbuckers, coil-splitting and a comfortable 24 3/4 inch set-neck design, it is built to cover everything from classic rock crunch to articulate modern tones, all wrapped in a sleek metallic finish that looks stunning under stage lights.
Blending 1970s Guild aesthetics with modern playability, the Polara Deluxe pairs a solid Mahogany body with a bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard, block inlays and Guilds iconic Peak and Chesterfield headstock inlays. Add in a compensated stopbar tailpiece, Tune-O-Matic bridge and vintage-style open gear tuners, and you get rock-solid tuning stability and sustain to match its standout looks.
Deluxe Take on a Classic Polara Design
The Polara Deluxe keeps the distinctive offset silhouette and solid Mahogany construction of the base model, but upgrades almost every visual touchpoint. Ivory ABS fingerboard binding, Pearloid block inlays and the classic Guild Peak and Chesterfield headstock inlays give it a premium, vintage-inspired look that feels right at home on any stage. If you love the original Polara vibe but want something a little more dressed up, this is the one to go for.
HB-2+ Humbuckers with Coil-Splitting
Guilds HB-2+ humbuckers are modern descendants of the legendary oversized HB-1s, reimagined in a traditional humbucker size with Alnico V magnets and a hotter wind. They deliver rich, boutique-style tones with plenty of output, clarity and character. With individual volume and tone controls plus push/pull coil-splitting on the pots, you can jump from thick, singing humbucker sounds to brighter, single-coil-style textures at the pull of a knob, making the Polara Deluxe a true workhorse for the studio and stage.
Comfortable Vintage Soft U Neck
The 24 3/4 inch scale length and vintage soft U neck profile make the Polara Deluxe instantly familiar and easy to play. A 12.5 inch fingerboard radius and narrow jumbo frets strike a great balance between smooth chord work and effortless bends, while the bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard feels fast and refined under the fingers. Whether you are playing rhythm all night or taking extended solos, this neck is built for comfort.
Canyon Dusk Metallic Finish
The Canyon Dusk metallic finish gives the Polara Deluxe a modern twist on classic Guild styling. This deep, shimmering hue pairs beautifully with the nickel hardware and Rosewood fingerboard, catching the light in a way that makes the guitar stand out without being flashy. If you want a finish that looks as sophisticated as it sounds, Canyon Dusk is a perfect choice.

- Deluxe Fingerboard and Headstock Appointments - A bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard with Pearloid block inlays, plus Guild Peak and Chesterfield headstock inlays, give the Polara Deluxe an upscale, vintage-inspired look that feels special every time you pick it up.
