Product Description
The Gretsch Limited Edition Electromatic Black Limba CVT in Sunburst takes a classic sixties-inspired silhouette and injects it with modern power and playability. With a striking solid Black Limba body, bolt-on Black Limba neck and a pair of Twin Six humbuckers, this sleek offset is built to deliver punchy, articulate tones and effortless feel for players who want something a little different on stage and in the studio.
Balancing retro cool with contemporary performance, the Electromatic Black Limba CVT offers a comfortable Performance C neck profile, a smooth 12 inch radius bound rosewood fingerboard and an anchored adjustable wraparound bridge for rock-solid tuning stability. Whether you are laying down crunchy rhythm parts, chiming cleans or saturated leads, the Twin Six pickups and intuitive control layout keep your sound focused, responsive and inspiring.
Limited Edition Black Limba
This Electromatic CVT stands out immediately thanks to its solid Black Limba body finished in a rich Sunburst. Black Limba is known for its lively, resonant character, helping notes feel immediate and responsive under the fingers. The bevelled contours not only enhance the offset aesthetic but also make the guitar sit comfortably against the body, ideal for long rehearsals and gigs.
Fast Performance C Neck
The bolt-on Black Limba neck features Gretsch’s Performance C profile, designed for a fast, modern feel without sacrificing comfort. Combined with a gloss finish and medium jumbo frets, it makes everything from first-position chords to higher-register bends feel smooth and controlled, suiting a wide range of playing styles.
Twin Six Humbucking Power
A pair of Twin Six humbuckers provides the Electromatic Black Limba CVT with a powerful, balanced voice. These pickups deliver tight lows, clear mids and articulate highs, so your riffs cut through the mix without becoming harsh. From gritty overdrive to cleaner, more nuanced tones, the Twin Six set keeps your sound defined and musical.
Simple, Effective Controls and Hardware
The anchored adjustable wraparound bridge offers excellent sustain and intonation, while die-cast sealed tuners and a Graph Tech NuBone nut help keep tuning stable. A master volume with treble bleed and master tone control, along with a three-way toggle switch, give you quick access to a wide palette of tones without overcomplicating your setup.
