Product Description
Gibson 1.0mm Modern Guitar Picks are purpose-built for players who demand speed, precision and a bold, articulate tone. Made from Tortex and shaped in the popular Jazz III XL profile, these plectrums combine a bright, snappy attack with a secure, matte grip that stays put under pressure. Supplied in a handy pack of six, they are an ideal upgrade for modern rock, metal and fusion players who need consistency from pick to pick.
Developed in collaboration with Jim Dunlop in the USA, these picks bring together Gibson style and proven Tortex performance. The slightly larger Jazz III XL shape offers a fast, accurate tip for intricate lines, while still feeling familiar in the hand. Whether you are alternate picking at high speed, digging into chunky riffs or articulating complex chord voicings, these picks help every note cut through with clarity.
Modern Tone and Fast Response
The 1.0mm gauge and Tortex construction deliver a punchy, bright tone with a quick, defined attack. This makes it easier to articulate fast passages and keep your sound tight and controlled, even with high gain or dense arrangements.
Secure Matte Grip
The natural matte finish of Tortex provides a superior gripping surface that feels planted between your fingers. This reduces slipping and mid-song fumbles, so you can focus on your playing rather than constantly readjusting your pick.
Jazz III XL Shape for Precision
The Jazz III XL profile combines a sharp, accurate tip with a slightly larger overall footprint for added comfort. You get the precision and speed associated with Jazz-style picks, with a bit more to hold on to for better control during long sessions.
Gibson Style with Proven Tortex Durability
Branded with the iconic Gibson logo and crafted from road-tested Tortex material, these picks are built to withstand heavy use. They maintain their shape and edge well, giving you a consistent feel and response from pick to pick across the pack.
