Genelec 8330A Studio Monitors (White) + GLM Kit + 8310BM Bundle

The Genelec 8330A Studio Monitors (White) + GLM Kit + 8310BM Bundle is a complete professional monitoring solution for modern studios. You get a matched pair of compact 8330A SAM monitors, Genelec’s powerful GLM calibration system and a wired 8310BM volume controller, giving you precise, repeatable monitoring that adapts to your room and workflow.

At the heart of the bundle are two 8330A two-way active studio monitors, each featuring a 5 inch woofer and 3/4 inch metal dome tweeter with Genelec’s Directivity Control Waveguide. With 50 W of power to each driver, extended low end down to 45 Hz and a maximum peak SPL of 110 dB per pair at 1 metre, they deliver detailed, uncoloured sound even at demanding listening levels. The integrated SAM DSP works with the included GLM kit to automatically tune the speakers to your room, so you can trust what you hear whether you are mixing, mastering or editing.

The GLM kit adds Genelec’s powerful calibration and control platform to the system. Using the supplied measurement microphone and network interface, GLM software analyses your room and applies precise corrections within each monitor’s DSP. This compensates for problematic room modes and placement issues, tightening up the low end and improving stereo imaging. You can store and recall setups, manage multiple listening positions and keep your monitoring consistent from session to session.

Completing the bundle is the 8310BM wired volume controller, which connects directly to the GLM interface. This gives you tactile, desktop control over your monitoring level without compromising audio quality. With simple 3.5 mm mini-jack connectivity and a generous cable length, it integrates neatly into your studio layout so you can focus on the music, not menu diving.

Smart Active Monitoring

The 8330A monitors feature Genelec’s SAM (Smart Active Monitor) DSP platform, which works in tandem with the GLM kit to automatically calibrate your speakers to your room. This intelligent system measures your acoustic environment and applies precise corrections inside the monitor, helping to minimise the impact of room problems and giving you a more neutral, reliable reference.

Compact Yet Powerful 2 Way Design

Each 8330A combines a 5 inch woofer with a 3/4 inch metal dome tweeter, powered by dedicated 50 W amplifiers. The result is a wide frequency response from 45 Hz to 23 kHz and a maximum peak output of 110 dB SPL per pair at 1 metre. You get full range clarity and punch from a compact footprint that fits easily on a desk or meter bridge.

Complete GLM Calibration Kit Included

The bundle includes the Genelec GLM set with network interface, measuring microphone, microphone mount and USB cable. Together with the downloadable GLM software, this allows you to run detailed measurements, create calibration profiles and control compatible SAM series monitors from a single, unified platform.

Dedicated Wired Volume Control

The 8310BM wired volume controller connects to the GLM interface via a 3.5 mm mini-jack and provides hands-on control of your listening level. With an approximate 1.8 m cable length, it can be positioned conveniently on your desk, giving you fast, precise level adjustments without reaching for software controls.

• Matched Pair of 8330A SAM Monitors - Two 2 way active studio monitors with 5 inch woofer and 3/4 inch metal dome tweeter deliver accurate, detailed sound. The compact design makes them ideal for project and professional studios where space is at a premium but sonic precision is essential.
• Integrated SAM DSP with GLM Compatibility - Built in Smart Active Monitor DSP allows the 8330A to be calibrated via the GLM system. This helps compensate for room acoustics and placement, giving you a more neutral monitoring environment and mixes that translate more reliably.
• Included GLM Calibration Set - The GLM set provides the measurement microphone, network interface, mount and USB cable required to run Genelec’s GLM software. This enables detailed room analysis, automatic frequency calibration and centralised control of compatible SAM series monitors.
• 8310BM Wired Volume Controller - A dedicated wired volume control designed for use with the GLM interface, featuring a 3.5 mm mini-jack connection and approximately 1.8 m cable. It offers convenient, precise control over monitoring levels directly from your listening position.
