Genelec 8330A Studio Monitors (Black) + GLM Kit + 8310BM

The Genelec 8330A Studio Monitors Pack is a complete smart monitoring solution for serious producers, engineers and content creators. You get a pair of compact 8330A SAM monitors, the GLM calibration kit and a dedicated 8310BM wired volume controller, giving you precise, consistent sound in virtually any room with fingertip level control at your desk.

At the heart of the bundle are two 8330A two-way active studio monitors, each featuring a 5 inch woofer and 3/4 inch metal dome tweeter powered by twin 50 watt amplifiers. With a frequency response that reaches from 45 Hz up to 23 kHz and a maximum peak output of 110 dB SPL per pair in a typical listening room, they deliver detailed, full-range monitoring in a compact footprint. Genelec SAM DSP and the included GLM kit allow you to automatically calibrate the speakers to your room, so you can trust what you are hearing whether you are mixing, mastering or editing.

The GLM system works hand in hand with the 8330A’s built-in DSP to measure your room and apply precise corrections for frequency response and level. This helps tame problematic acoustics and gives you a more neutral, reliable reference, even in smaller or untreated spaces. The pack also includes the 8310BM wired volume control, which integrates with the GLM interface so you can adjust monitoring level quickly and accurately without leaving the sweet spot.

With professional AES/EBU digital connectivity, automatic power management and Genelec’s Iso-Pod isolation mounts included, this bundle is designed to slot straight into a modern studio workflow. Whether you are upgrading from basic monitors or building a compact, high-end setup from scratch, the 8330A Studio Monitors Pack provides a tightly integrated system that is ready to work as hard as you do.

Smart Active Monitoring with GLM Integration

The 8330A monitors feature Genelec’s SAM (Smart Active Monitor) DSP platform, which works with the included GLM kit to analyse your room and automatically calibrate each speaker. By compensating for room modes and placement issues, you get a more accurate frequency balance and stereo image, helping your mixes translate better to other systems.

Compact Monitors with Full-Range Precision

Each 8330A houses a 5 inch woofer and 3/4 inch metal dome tweeter with DCW waveguide, driven by 50 watt amplifiers for both low and high frequencies. The result is a controlled, detailed sound with a frequency response from 45 Hz to 23 kHz and a maximum peak output of 110 dB SPL per pair at 1 metre in a listening room, giving you the clarity and headroom needed for critical work.

Dedicated 8310BM Wired Volume Control

The included 8310BM wired volume controller connects to the GLM interface via a 3.5 mm mini jack and provides convenient, precise level control from your listening position. With an approximate cable length of 1.8 metres, it keeps your monitoring adjustments close at hand, streamlining your workflow during tracking, mixing and mastering sessions.

Professional Connectivity and Included Accessories

Each 8330A monitor offers XLR AES/EBU inputs and outputs plus dual RJ45 connections for integration with the GLM network. The pack also includes Iso-Pod mounts for stable, decoupled positioning, mains cables and 5 metre RJ45 cables, along with the GLM network interface, measurement microphone, microphone mount and USB cable so you can get up and running quickly.
