If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Fender Satin Roasted Maple Fat Stratocaster Neck is a serious upgrade for players who want a huge, substantial feel under the hand and a richer, more resonant tone. Built in Fender’s Ensenada facility, it pairs a chunky oversized U-shaped roasted maple neck with a dark rosewood fingerboard, 22 medium jumbo frets and a smooth satin finish, giving you a premium playing experience on any compatible Fender or Squier Strat-style body.
Thanks to its roasted maple construction, this neck is more stable against humidity changes and offers enhanced sustain and a slightly sweeter, more complex voice. Combined with the modern 9.5 inch radius, medium jumbo frets and rolled fingerboard edges, it feels fast, comfortable and reassuringly solid, whether you are chording hard, bending big or digging into expressive vibrato.
Oversized U-shaped Profile
This neck features Fender’s largest replacement neck profile, measuring approximately 0.990 inch at both the 1st and 12th frets. The deep, chunky U shape with pronounced shoulders is ideal for players with larger hands or those who prefer to keep their thumb on the back or side of the neck. It encourages a relaxed, supportive grip that can reduce fatigue during long sets and gives your fretting hand a confident, anchored feel.
Roasted Maple Stability and Tone
The roasted maple construction is naturally more resistant to humidity and temperature shifts, helping the neck stay stable through seasonal changes and regular gigging. The roasting process also enhances sustain and imparts a distinctive tonal character, adding focus and depth to your Strat’s voice. Comfortable Rosewood Fingerboard
A 9.5 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets strikes a great balance between classic feel and modern playability. Rolled fingerboard edges add to the comfort, giving the neck a familiar, played-in feel straight away.
Satin Finish and Pre-slotted Nut
The satin urethane finish on the back of the neck feels silky and fast, allowing your hand to glide effortlessly up and down the neck without sticking. A 1.650 inch width synthetic bone (melamine) nut comes pre-slotted for accurate string spacing, helping to deliver solid tuning stability, clear open strings and strong resonance once it has been professionally cut and installed.
