Product Description
The Fender Limited Edition Acoustasonic Standard Jazzmaster in Surf Green brings together inspiring acoustic character and familiar electric feel in one sleek, stage-ready instrument. With its braced solid Sitka spruce top, fully chambered nyatoh body and innovative Fender and Fishman electronics, it delivers a huge range of convincing acoustic and electric tones at the turn of a couple of knobs.
Whether you are a songwriter looking for a do-it-all writing companion, a gigging guitarist wanting to cover acoustic and electric parts with one guitar, or a studio player chasing maximum versatility with minimal fuss, this Acoustasonic Jazzmaster is designed to keep you in the creative zone. Effortless playability, intuitive controls and that unmistakable Surf Green finish make it as inspiring to look at as it is to play.
Versatile Acoustic and Electric Voices
At the heart of the Acoustasonic Standard Jazzmaster is a dual pickup system that lets you move seamlessly between acoustic-style sparkle and electric punch. The Fishman under-saddle transducer captures the resonance and detail of the solid Sitka spruce top, while the Fender Acoustasonic Shawbucker provides a more familiar electric response. Blend between them to sit perfectly in any mix, from intimate fingerstyle parts to driven rhythm work.
Simple, Creative Control Layout
The streamlined control set keeps you focused on playing rather than tweaking. A master volume and a dedicated blend control make it easy to dial in everything from pure acoustic tones to full electric sounds, or any shade in between. This intuitive layout encourages experimentation, helping you quickly find inspiring tones for different songs and sets.
Comfortable, Familiar Feel
With its Modern Deep C nyatoh neck, 25.5 inch scale length and 12 inch radius rosewood fingerboard, the Acoustasonic Jazzmaster feels instantly familiar to electric players. Integrated forearm and back contours, combined with the lightweight, fully chambered nyatoh body, make it exceptionally comfortable for long rehearsals, studio sessions and gigs.
Premium Tonewoods and Hardware
A solid Sitka spruce top paired with a nyatoh body delivers a responsive, resonant platform for the advanced electronics. The rosewood fingerboard and bridge add warmth and sustain, while the modern asymmetrical bridge and Graph Tech TUSQ nut support tuning stability and consistent performance. Finished in satin urethane with classic Surf Green styling, it is a guitar that looks as refined as it sounds.
