Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

Featuring a trio of Custom Shop ’69 Stratocaster pickups, this Strat provides the quintessential bell-like, woody Strat tones reminiscent of the classic Woodstock era. In contrast, its Modern C-shaped neck profile, sleek compound fingerboard radius and ‘ultra’ body contours provide a streamlined and modern-feeling Strat that’s perfect for players who prioritise precision and technique over tradition. Also featuring Fender’s ½ blender control, this Strat comes equipped with even more versatility thanks to its additional pickup combinations, perfect for players seeking the ultimate single-coil-equipped workhorse that can do it all from vintage to modern.
Underwound ‘69 Pickups
Arguably the most iconic sound in Strat history. The Custom Shop Underwound ‘69 pickups feature all the authentic ingredients to recreate the historic Woodstock Stratocaster tones - Alnico 5 magnets, Grey Fibre Bobbins, Enamel-Coated Magnet Wire and of course, period-correct pull-back Cloth Wire. Their thumping low-end, sparkling bell-like highs and strong dynamics produce a clear and powerful tone.
Modern C Shape Neck
Fender's comfortable modern C shape neck profile is renowned for being Fender's one-size-fits-all neck profile. With enough wood to make even the most die-hard lovers of a chunky neck feel at home, the Fender C remains ergonomic and fast-feeling up and down the fingerboard.
Compound Radius
The Compound or sometimes called Conical fingerboard radius ensures maximum comfort and playability no matter what style you are playing or where on the neck you are. From around the 12th fret, the fingerboard radius flattens out to create a faster-feeling neck and to make bending and more technical playing feel effortless.
