Like other Pro II Strats, this Limited Edition version also features a push push tone control enabling you to bring the neck pickup into positions 1 and 2 for even more versatility. Its lightweight chambered Ash body provides classic ‘50s openness, and the satin finished 57 V neck with gloss top provides effortless comfort up and down the fingerboard with a classic aesthetic. To many, the original and best Fender body wood, famed for its unrivalled bright and airy open tone, which to many is one of the defining features of Fender's golden era. Chambered for a lightweight feel and increased resonance. Perfectly partnered with its Maple neck and Custom Shop Fat ‘50s pickups, this Strat has all the authentic Stratocaster tone that you wouldn’t want to be without!

Custom Shop Fat ‘50s

Designed and wound at the Custom Shop, the Fat ‘50s Strat pickups perfectly capture the esteemed articulation and bell-like quality of a classic ‘50s Stratocaster with a few updated tweaks. Made using period-correct fibre bobbins, cloth wire, hand-bevelled staggered Alnico V magnets, and Formvar magnet wire, these pickups provide authentic vintage Strat tones with a musical midrange and dynamics. They have been overwound for extra bite and more power in the low-end and the middle pickup is RWRP for no noise in positions 2 and 4.

• ’57 V Neck Profile - Favoured by many of the greats, the 57 V (Soft V) neck profile is the perfect neck for players who like to feel the neck but still want the comfort of a more rounded neck profile.
• Push Push Tone Control - The push push tone control allows even more tonal capabilities, allowing you to add the neck pickup into positions 1 or 2 for a Tele-like neck and bridge combination, as well as all 3 pickups at once.
• 2-Point Tremolo with Cold-Rolled Steel Block - The modern 2-point bridge and cold-rolled steel block increase sustain, clarity and high-end presence. Bent steel saddles and a pop-in arm provide smooth, controllable vibrato and a solid feel, ideal for expressive playing without sacrificing tuning stability.
