If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Extended Footboard Feel
The XF extended footboard gives you more room underfoot for nuanced control, heel-toe techniques and creative hi-hat patterns. Triple Eccentric Cam Responsiveness
DW’s adjustable Triple Eccentric Cam dramatically increases footboard sensitivity, giving you a fast, articulate feel across the entire stroke. With drum key access, you can fine-tune the cam to match the response of your kick pedal or other hardware in a multi-pedal setup, helping your whole kit feel unified and consistent underfoot.
Negative Spring System
The innovative dual-spring Negative Spring System removes the typical hard stop at the top of the pedal’s travel. Instead, the top cymbal is allowed to float and keep resonating when fully open, giving you a more musical, expressive range of sounds. Combined with adjustable cymbal angles, it lets you dial in everything from tight, crisp chicks to wide, shimmering open tones.
