Product Description
The DW 9000X Series Airlift Cylinder Short is a simple drop-in upgrade that transforms your compatible DW 9000X snare stand into an Airlift equipped model. Using a gas assisted cylinder, it makes height adjustment smooth, controlled and almost effortless, so you can dial in the perfect snare height in seconds with minimal physical strain.
Designed specifically for DWCP9300X and DWCP9339X snare stands, this short Airlift cylinder installs and removes quickly using a standard drum key. Whether you are playing long shows, fast changeover gigs or intensive studio sessions, it helps you adjust your snare position with precision and consistency, keeping your set up feeling the same every time you sit down to play.
Effortless Height Adjustment
The Airlift cylinder uses air assisted technology to support the weight of your snare and basket, so raising and lowering the stand feels light and controlled. Instead of wrestling with heavy hardware, you can make fine height tweaks with one hand, helping you stay relaxed and focused on your playing.
Quick Drop In Upgrade
This cylinder is designed as a direct drop in part for compatible DW 9000X snare stands. It can be installed or removed in seconds with a standard drum key, making it an easy retrofit for existing stands and a flexible option if you need to move the Airlift between different set ups.
Consistent Set Up in Any Situation
From tight club stages to large festival risers, the Airlift cylinder helps you get your snare back to your preferred height quickly and accurately. The smooth action encourages small, precise adjustments, so you can maintain a consistent playing position from gig to gig and reduce the risk of fatigue caused by awkward set ups.
Purpose Built for 9000X Snare Stands
Engineered to work specifically with DWCP9300X and DWCP9339X models, this short Airlift cylinder integrates cleanly into the stand design. That dedicated fitment helps maintain the feel, stability and reliability you expect from DW 9000 Series hardware while adding the comfort and convenience of air assisted adjustment.
Features
- Air Assisted Height Adjustment - The internal air assist mechanism supports the weight of your snare, making height changes smooth and almost effortless. This reduces strain on your hands and back, especially when adjusting heavier drums or making frequent tweaks during rehearsals and gigs.
- Fast Drop In Installation - Designed as a drop in component, the cylinder can be fitted or removed in seconds using a standard drum key. That quick install makes it ideal for upgrading an existing stand without tools or workshop time, and lets you revert to the original configuration whenever you need.
- Optimised Short Cylinder Design - The short cylinder format is tailored for snare stand applications, providing a comfortable adjustment range while keeping the stand compact and stable. This helps you achieve your ideal snare height without compromising the footprint or balance of your hardware.
- Compatible with Selected 9000X Models - Purpose built to fit DWCP9300X and DWCP9339X snare stands, the Airlift cylinder integrates seamlessly with the existing hardware. That dedicated compatibility ensures reliable operation and preserves the premium feel of your 9000X stand.
