If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Rock-solid construction
A Swamp Ash body, Mahogany neck and Ebony fingerboard give the Custom Shop Gnarwhal a resonant, sustain-laden tonal core. The durable stainless steel frets keep everything feeling smooth and fast, making this guitar equally at home delivering chunky rhythms or soaring lead lines.
Dunable Slugwolf humbuckers
Tight, focused and built for anything you can throw at ‘em, Dunable Slugwolf humbuckers are a big part of what makes this guitar such a monster. Dunable is a favourite among alt-metal and doom players, and these pickups absolutely roar when paired with high-gain tones. Roll the volume back and they clean up beautifully, while the push/pull coil split on the tone control unlocks even more sounds.
Hardware you can hammer
If you're heavy-handed, fear not. The Gnarwhal is built to take a beating. A Tune-O-Matic bridge and Kluson JG tailpiece provide a stable platform for aggressive palm-muted riffs, while Hipshot locking tuners keep everything locked down up top. The Graph Tech TUSQ nut also helps maximise harmonic content and reduces the chances of tuning slips.
