Product Description
The Duesenberg Drop Stop Strap Lock in Gold is a simple, rock-solid way to keep your favourite guitar or bass safely attached to your strap. By creating a secure mechanical connection between strap and instrument, it dramatically reduces the risk of your pride and joy slipping free and crashing to the floor.
Designed by Duesenberg for their own instruments, Drop Stop is ready to go on any Duesenberg guitar or bass straight out of the box. For everything else, the included strap pins and screws make it quick and easy to upgrade almost any instrument to a professional strap locking system in just a few minutes.
Whether you are playing small clubs or big stages, Drop Stop gives you the confidence to move naturally without constantly worrying about your strap buttons. Fitted correctly, it becomes a discreet but essential part of your rig, protecting your instrument every time you put it on.
The elegant gold finish looks right at home on premium instruments, complementing existing hardware while adding a touch of class to a purely functional upgrade. It is a small investment that can save you from a very expensive accident.
Fast, Foolproof Security
Drop Stop creates a positive mechanical lock between your strap and your instrument, helping to prevent accidental drops if your strap twists, loosens or gets knocked. Once installed, you can play, jump and move with far greater peace of mind, knowing your guitar or bass is securely attached.
Ready for All Duesenberg Instruments
Drop Stop is fully compatible with all Duesenberg instruments straight out of the box, making it an ideal upgrade for existing Duesenberg owners. There is no need for extra parts or modifications, so you can go from standard strap buttons to a secure locking system in around five minutes.
Works With Other Guitars and Basses
For non Duesenberg instruments, the set includes separate strap pins and screws so you can retrofit the system to a wide range of guitars and basses. This makes Drop Stop a versatile solution if you use multiple instruments and want a consistent, reliable strap locking setup across your collection.
Quick Installation
With an approximate setup time of just five minutes, Drop Stop is a straightforward upgrade that most players can fit themselves. Once installed, it becomes a fit-and-forget piece of hardware that quietly does its job every time you pick up your instrument.
Features
- Secure Mechanical Strap Locking - Drop Stop uses a mechanical connection between strap and instrument to help prevent your guitar or bass from slipping off mid performance. This added security can protect you from costly repairs and keep your instrument safe during energetic shows.
- Direct Fit for Duesenberg Instruments - Fully compatible with all Duesenberg instruments right out of the box, Drop Stop installs quickly with no extra parts required. Duesenberg players can upgrade to a professional strap locking system with minimal effort.
- Includes Pins and Screws for Other Brands - The set comes with compatible strap pins and screws so you can install Drop Stop on many non Duesenberg guitars and basses. This makes it easy to standardise your strap locking system across different instruments.
- Fast Five Minute Setup - With an approximate installation time of around five minutes, Drop Stop is a simple, low-hassle upgrade. Once fitted, it provides long term protection without needing ongoing adjustment.
