Designed for bands, DJs, venues and event spaces, this system delivers the output and coverage needed for larger audiences without the complexity of a traditional installed PA.”

Where This System Excels

The dBTechnologies Opera 12 and SUB 615 bundle is a powerful full-range PA system designed for performers and venues that need serious output while retaining the convenience of a portable setup. With two Opera 12 active loudspeakers and two SUB 615 15" active subwoofers, it combines detailed mid/high-frequency reproduction with substantial low-end performance for larger events and venues.

The Opera 12 loudspeakers provide clear, articulate sound across the mid and high frequencies, making vocals, guitars, keyboards and playback sources easy to hear throughout the venue. Their ability to project sound effectively makes them well suited to applications where consistent coverage and clarity are important.

At the bottom end, the pair of SUB 615 subwoofers provides the depth and punch needed for high-energy performances. Whether you're playing bass-heavy DJ sets, live drums or amplified bass instruments, the dedicated subwoofers provide a powerful low-frequency foundation while allowing the Opera 12s to concentrate on the rest of the mix.

Despite the system's substantial output, the components remain practical for mobile use. Quick setup and straightforward transportation make this an excellent choice for bands, DJs, schools, pubs, clubs and other venues that need a powerful PA without committing to a permanently installed system.

dBTechnologies Opera 12 Active Loudspeakers

The Opera 12 provides powerful, detailed full-range sound in a portable active loudspeaker design. Its 12" driver gives the system the output and coverage required for larger venues, while the carefully designed high-frequency section provides the clarity needed for vocals, guitars, keyboards and other important mid/high-frequency content.

Used as the main loudspeakers in this system, the Opera 12s deliver the clarity and projection needed to keep the performance intelligible across a larger audience. With the SUB 615 subwoofers handling the deepest frequencies, the Opera 12s can focus on delivering a detailed and balanced mid/high range.

Clear Vocals & Detailed Mid/High Frequencies

For live bands and DJs, maintaining clarity at higher output levels is essential. The Opera 12 provides the definition needed to keep vocals, guitars, keyboards and playback sources clearly separated, helping the audience hear the performance with greater detail.

Portable Professional Performance

The Opera 12 offers the performance expected from a professional PA while remaining practical for mobile applications. Its active design removes the need for separate external amplification, helping to keep the overall system straightforward to transport and set up.

dBTechnologies SUB 615 Active Subwoofers

The two SUB 615 active subwoofers provide the powerful low-frequency foundation that makes this system suitable for larger audiences and high-energy performances. With a 15" driver in each cabinet, they deliver the deep bass and punch needed for DJs, live drums, bass instruments and modern music playback.

Using two dedicated subwoofers also helps create a more substantial and evenly distributed low-frequency presentation across the venue. This gives the system the impact required for dance music and live performance while allowing the Opera 12 loudspeakers to focus on the mid and high frequencies.

Deep, Punchy Low End

The SUB 615 is designed to provide powerful bass with the control needed for professional live sound. The result is a low-frequency response that adds weight and impact without dominating the rest of the mix, helping the complete system retain clarity even when operating at higher levels.

Built For Bigger Events

With two 15" subwoofers working alongside the Opera 12 loudspeakers, this system has the low-frequency performance required for larger venues, parties, live music and DJ events. It's a substantial upgrade for performers who need more headroom and impact while still wanting a portable setup.
