Cordoba Fusion Stage Artist Nylon Electro Acoustic in Habano Burst

The Cordoba Fusion Stage Artist Nylon Electro Acoustic in Habano Burst is a sleek, chambered solidbody nylon guitar that bridges the gap between classical feel and modern stage performance. With its Exotic Top design, Fusion neck profile and advanced Stage Pickup System co-developed with Fishman, it delivers authentic nylon tone, effortless playability and feedback-resistant reliability for live use and studio work alike.

Built around a chambered solid mahogany body with a solid spruce top and premium flamed maple veneer, the Stage Artist combines warmth, clarity and striking aesthetics. A slim Fusion C neck with a 48 mm nut width feels instantly familiar to steel-string and electric players, while the bound ebony fingerboard and sculpted neck heel make extended sets and upper-fret runs feel natural and comfortable. Plugged in, the Stage Pickup System blends an undersaddle piezo with internal body sensors for a rich, balanced nylon voice that avoids the harsh, quacky character often associated with piezo-only systems.

Thoughtful details such as ebony binding, maple purfling, rosewood headplate with a flamed maple Cordoba arches logo, and matching rosewood control knobs with maple inlays give the guitar a refined, boutique look. The lightweight, chambered construction keeps the instrument comfortable over long gigs, while the thicker 48 mm body depth and larger internal chambering enhance acoustic resonance and fullness when amplified.

Whether you are a steel-string player exploring nylon sounds, a crossover classical guitarist needing a reliable stage instrument, or a session player looking for inspiring plugged-in nylon tones, the Fusion Stage Artist Habano Burst offers a modern, gig-ready solution without sacrificing feel or tone.

Stage Artist Body Design

The Stage Artist body uses a thicker 48 mm chambered mahogany construction with larger internal chambers than standard Stage models, giving a more substantial feel in the hands. This design produces a louder acoustic response and a fuller, more natural tone when amplified, while the deeper body contour and sculpted neck heel keep the guitar comfortable against the body and make upper-fret access smooth and unhindered.

Advanced Stage Pickup System

Co-developed with Fishman, the Stage Pickup System pairs an undersaddle piezo transducer with internal body sensors to capture both string detail and the resonance of the guitar itself. This combination yields a warm, clear and authentic nylon-string sound with excellent balance across the neck, while helping to eliminate the brittle, quacky character often associated with piezo-only systems. Onboard Volume, EQ and Body Blend controls allow precise tone shaping to suit different venues and mixes.

Fusion Neck for Effortless Playability

The Fusion C neck profile with a 48 mm nut width offers a playing experience that feels closer to a steel-string or electric guitar than a traditional wide classical neck. This makes chord shapes, stretches and complex voicings more accessible for crossover players, while the set-neck construction, dual-action truss rod and 650 mm scale length maintain stability, accurate intonation and a familiar feel under the fingers.

Premium Tonewoods and Refined Aesthetics

A chambered solid mahogany body is paired with a solid spruce top and premium flamed maple veneer in a rich Habano Burst finish, delivering a blend of warmth, projection and visual impact. Ebony binding, maple purfling, an ebony bridge and fingerboard, plus a rosewood headplate with flamed maple Cordoba arches logo and matching rosewood knobs with maple inlays, all contribute to a high-end, stage-ready look that stands out under the lights.
