Cordoba Fusion Stage Artist Nylon Electro Acoustic in Agave Burst

The Córdoba Fusion Stage Artist Nylon Electro Acoustic in Agave Burst is a sleek, chambered solidbody nylon-string designed for the modern stage. Blending the feel of a steel-string with the warmth and nuance of a classical, it pairs a Fusion neck profile with a powerful Stage Pickup System co-developed with Fishman, delivering authentic nylon tone at any volume with exceptional comfort and playability.

At its heart is a chambered solid mahogany body topped with solid spruce and a premium flamed maple veneer in a stunning Agave Burst finish. This combination offers a lively, responsive acoustic character with impressive feedback resistance when amplified. Upscale appointments such as ebony binding, an ebony bridge and a rosewood headstock overlay with maple purfling give the guitar a refined, boutique aesthetic that looks every bit as good under stage lights as it sounds through a PA.

The Fusion neck profile and 48 mm nut width provide a familiar feel for steel-string and electric players moving into the nylon world, making chord shapes, barre work and lead lines feel immediately natural. A bound ebony fingerboard with maple purfling and a sculpted neck heel further enhance comfort and upper fret access, so you can explore the full 22-fret range with ease.

Plugged in, the Stage Pickup System combines an undersaddle piezo with internal body sensors to capture both the clarity of the strings and the resonance of the chambered body. Onboard Volume, EQ and Body Blend controls allow you to fine-tune your sound for different rooms and setups, while the thicker Stage Artist body and larger internal chambering provide a fuller, more substantial tone both acoustically and amplified.

Exotic Top and Premium Aesthetics

The Stage Artist Agave Burst features Córdoba’s Exotic Top design, pairing a solid spruce top with an ultra-thin premium flamed maple veneer. This construction preserves the responsiveness and dynamic range of spruce while adding visual drama and a touch of extra snap to the tone. Ebony binding on the top, fingerboard and soundhole, an ebony bridge, and a rosewood headstock overlay with bold maple purfling complete a high-end look that stands out on any stage.

Stage Artist Body with Enhanced Comfort

With a thicker 48 mm chambered mahogany body and larger internal chambering than standard Stage models, the Stage Artist delivers a more substantial feel, a louder acoustic voice and a richer, fuller amplified tone. A deeper body contour and sculpted neck heel ensure that, despite the added depth, the guitar sits comfortably against your body and offers improved upper fret access, ideal for expressive soloing and complex chord work higher up the neck.

Fusion Neck for Steel String Players

The Fusion C-shape neck and 48 mm nut width create a playing experience that feels closer to a steel-string or electric guitar than a traditional classical. This makes the transition to nylon far more intuitive for players used to narrower necks, helping you retain your usual technique while gaining the warmth and expressive potential of nylon strings. The bound ebony fingerboard with maple purfling adds a smooth, fast feel under the fingers and a touch of visual sophistication.

Stage Pickup System Co-developed with Fishman

The Fishman Stage Pickup System combines an undersaddle piezo with internal body sensors to deliver a warm, clear and natural nylon-string sound. This dual-source approach helps eliminate the harsh, quacky character often associated with piezo-only systems, instead capturing the full resonance of the chambered body. Onboard Master Volume, EQ and Body Blend controls give you precise command over your tone, making it easy to adapt to different venues, monitoring setups and musical styles.

• Exotic Solid Spruce and Flamed Maple Top - The solid spruce top with premium flamed maple veneer provides a responsive, dynamic acoustic core with added brightness and visual flair. This combination offers excellent note definition and projection, making your playing articulate and expressive on stage or in the studio.
• Chambered Mahogany Stage Artist Body - A thicker chambered mahogany body with larger internal chambers delivers a fuller, more resonant tone and a louder acoustic presence. The added mass and air volume contribute to a richer amplified sound while helping to control feedback in live environments.
• Fusion Neck with 48 mm Nut - The Fusion C-shape neck and 48 mm nut width feel familiar to steel-string and electric players, reducing the learning curve when moving to nylon. This makes complex chords, fast runs and modern techniques more accessible, all while retaining the smooth, forgiving feel of nylon strings.
• Fishman Co-developed Stage Pickup System - The combination of undersaddle piezo and body sensors captures both string detail and body resonance for a natural, balanced nylon tone. With onboard Volume, EQ and Body Blend controls, you can quickly tailor your sound to suit different songs, ensembles and venues.
